I regularly have to go to this post office and I've never had a problem with any of its employees. Let me say that every employee every visit has been very nice and helpful. Only bad thing I can say is, they need a couple more employees. The lines are usually very long.

the supervisor at this location is trash with her customer service,she is holding my mail due to my dog being loose which is a false claim because my dog is a service dog and stays indoors since i live in an apartment,she stated that in order for her to release my mail i needed to provide proof of rabie vaccine and a dog license and she would not foward my mail to my po box until i provided this documentation. which i provided. i also filed a complaint and sent it to the united states postal service office of the consumer advocate 475 l'enfant plaza,sw washington,d.c 20260-2200

I've been going to this post office since I was a teenager and not much has changed. The post office is small compared to the others I suppose. They still service PO Boxes. Post office mail drop boxes are no longer outside to protect mail from tweakers. The ladies who work inside look serious all the time but they are friendly. They've been there for years. I never see any new employees. I've been coming here for a while and I swear that these ladies don't seem to age. I'm starting to think they might be vampires.

As long as you don’t have to deal with Bertha or Oak, then you will have no problem. They really should seek employment more suited for them because customer service or anything near people is really not it. Even for a government employee with all their protections they shouldn’t be dealing with people in such a rude and unhelpful way. I was but one of many in the line I was in.

This post office is ok never been treated disrespectfully. My only complaint & I'm not even sure if this is the right place to complain, but my apts mailbox just got these new mailboxes we were only able to use them for a short time before the main lock was damaged & had to start picking up our mail at the post office. It's going on 3 months & still no one has fixed this I complain each time asking when this will b looked at & hv them make notes tht this issue has yet to b resolved This is an inconvenience.

Mean and careless. Was told a package would be put on hold so I didn't have to worry about it being delivered the next day. I go and wait in line then told I'm in the wrong line. No signs letting you know there are two. Someone then questions my service dog. Finally I speak to the gentleman who is helping people with packages. He said he can't go look cause there are too many. Refuses to even go look real quickly.

Just happened today I rescheduled a delivery of a certified mail letter since they only notify me with a final notice. I rescheduled the delivery thru the USPS website. For been re-deliver on 3-16-2016. When the post man arrived to deliver my mail.. I asked him about my letter. With a smile on his face said oooh. I got it at the car. I will bring it a soon as I finished delivering the mail.. he never did. I have been calling the post office and the phone has been busy each of the 25 times I have call them today. This post office it's a joke the people working there are unprofessional with a bad attitude for customer service always. I have all ways avoided going there for my postal needs. To avoid messing up my day with people this sour...... I don't know who? may send my letter and how important it is.. since I'm always expecting legal documents to be delivered by my attorney, court or other attorneys. And people like this can't take there job serious. This brings negativity to how supervisors run this post office and the compromise they have with the people. They should replace and restructure all the personal there with out a doubt this job is to big of a responsibility to handle by them.. I just gave them one star since the system don't allow me to live it blank. But one star is not fair for them as a review. For me they should get the ( -0 ).

These people cannot be contacted the phone is constantly busy. My landlord moved my mailbox from the fence of the front house to my fence at my house and the mailman refused to deliver my mail and wrote on the packages that i was expecting to be delivered to my door "Hold...No mail box". that was an outright lie my mailbox was only about 15 steps away. I managed to pick up my packages at the post office, and the post office told me that they would hold my mail for ten days the return it to sender. well i had my landlord put my mail box back out on the street side before the ten days was up and it has been back there now for 3 days and i have not received my mail. I have tried to contact them via the main post office and no one will return my calls.
