nice & clean, staff well-behaved, but understaffed. I avoid it during busy hours

40mins wait at 5pm on a sunday for 8 pieces of chicken. Once I received the order, it was missing 5 pieces.

It’s not my fault your company doesn’t have change and I refuse to be shorted so that the owner of this business can save money on ordering change. Get better employees smh

This place needs to close down. I order 2 tiny tacos. One beef and one chicken. I waited so long I hate to tell you how long. The employees look like they are lost and rude. Two other people came in and order a few things and waited but still left before me ..I think it was on purpose because I had my city uniform on. It's sad how people get excited to see a city employee and decides that they don't like them because of who they work for. So I had to be smarter then them and cancel my order with my debit card...your not going to give me dirty food. I'm not that hungry. Mind you I'm the guy that gave tip last week.

The place was clean, however the staff was sparse. Literally only one person at a time work the front register. Even had the ubereats guys on back order. Try the chicken sandwich, without the sauces, is is incredibly uninspiring. Tastes almost like something out of high school lunch. It's not the worst, but it's definitely not something I would recommend. At least not for first pick or even second

This place is the worst! Once you get there, the employees give you bad actitud. They look like they don’t even want to be working there. It’s frustrating because it takes FOREVER to get your order ready. They don’t even care about the delivery orders. You can wait hours yo get your order, they don’t care about delivery driver that arrive there on time for the customers orders. I think the company (KFC) should train better their employees and ask them to be polite

COVID 19 ALERT!!!!!!!!!Please don't go to this KFC. Very nasty location. The guy fixed my sandwich with his bare hands and had nerve to get mad when I complained. He was rubbing his mask and touching food. The most nasty person I've ever seen. I will be also calling the health department. If you want to catch COVID 19 then this is the perfect restaurant to go to.

I wanted to leave a positive review after my customer experience today (10/24) at this location thanks to the professionalism and calm courtesy displayed by the young man on the cashier desk. It was a busy evening around 5 pm, with a line of a half dozen customers and the guy working there had to do everything on his own: take the orders, fulfill them, deal with delivery drivers doing pick ups and do the change at the till. Any normal person would be flustered at best, stressed to the point of taking it out on customers. This guy was cool, efficient and greeted every customer with friendly cheerfulness, and Southern-inflected good manners. That is rare in NYC. While waiting on line, I checked all my bank accounts and on seeing this sorry state of affairs, opted for a single menu item. They were all out of this, but he offered an alternative and I was so glad. He was very kind and just that touch of niceness meant a great deal. Thank you to Zac. He made an old girl very happy. Keys to the city, filling the tub with Cristal and many thanks for his gesture of polite service. Respect.

So i guess when you order the grilled that it comes dehydrated and small the quality of food now a days don't matter. And the fact it use to cost $5.00 they up the prices $1.00 when Nationwide it's still $5.00. Someone's always trying to make more money and less food. Just look at the piece of chicken, the sauce is half the size of the drumstick. It's to bad because they use to be my favorite chicken, now im going back to Popeyes.
