Absolute nightmare as a Chase Private Client customer. They approved a mortgage, took our deposit, then denied the mortgage and it's been two months and they have not refunded the deposit. Multiple emails and phone calls with no response.

Walked in to open a New account (personal and potentially a business). We as escorted to someone desk, that would help me open an account. Within 5 seconds of me sitting down the lady thought it was important to pick up the phone and start having a long conversation with someone while I sat there look at her face. Very unprofessional and highly disrespectful......decided to get up and simply walk out. The manage to this bank should be shown the door for running the location in such an unprofessional manner.

I litterally spent 9 hours over the course of 2 Days at this location to change my accounts after Chase notified me of fraudulent activity. I will still remain a gentleman and not name the incompetent employee in question.....But the manager and those that work there clearly know who it is...... When I got there on Monday I began to record the employee Due to her arrogance and condescending attitude merely for me just inquiring as to how my accounts became compromised. I later came to realize that the attitude was exhibited in an effort to try and mask her inability to preform the basic tasks of her job. In her own frustration from the start of having to service me one of her responses to my question was “Chase will take one look at your accounts and tell you to cash out and go to another bank, this is pennies as far as Chase is concerned. I have 600 private clients and their accounts are far more then yours, if Chase chooses not to deal with you they can just tell you to leave, this is pennies as far as Chase looks at this” “What are you so nervous about it for, your ensured why do you care money is missing out of your account, they have to put it back” “You need to open up a new account with me today, you have entirely to much money in a savings account, I will put it in something that will make you much more money” (keep in mind she told me my account is pennies and to take it somewhere else but then wants to manage my funds for me because I have to much) “Why wouldnt you put your money into an account managed by JP Morgan Chase, haven’t you ever heard of it? You never heard of “to big to fail?” She was incapable of her basic tasks but I am going to turn over my life savings to her? The amount of misinformation and this woman’s lack of her ability to do her job was astonishing. I am asking that Chase reviews the security cameras from 12/4 & 12/5/17 to realize that someone missed work for 2 days, sat there for 9+ Hours and realize that someone works there who litterally does not know what they are doing. I ask them to review her computer logs for their day& time stamps in conjunction with my accounts to see I was there for 9+ hours over 2 days, I ask them to review their phone calls for QUALITY ASSURANCE PURPOSES to realize I was there for 9+ hours and this employee did NOT know what she was doing..... I endured this employee asking people on the other end of the phone to tell her how to navigate her way through the computer system, I endured this employee getting up and walking away from me after I politely asked her to call the Chase help line and have a “hold” taken off my account with her telling me I could call myself and will see it already has been done. You will see me on camera walk to the other end of the bank to get her and you will HEAR on your RECORDED lines the phone rep saying that the employee should be calling from the branch and not me on my cell phone, you will hear this incompetent employee get on the phone and begin to degrade the operator as if its her fault and then you will hear her say “ok its been a long day and I have never done this before so your going to need to be patient and tell me how to do this” May I remind me you I have this employee talking to me in a condescending tone with me being above and beyond POLITE recorded as she tells me that my account is “pennies as far as Chase is concerned”. Please review my account and call me to take my pennies somewhere else, but please be sure to see how many pennies I have and listen to this recording before you inconvenience me for charging me to hold my own money. I CAN CONFIDENTLY ATTEST ONLINE BEFORE THE WORLD THAT THIS RECORDING WOULD BE A VIRAL SENSATION DUE TO MY CALM, POLITE DEMENOR AS AN EMPLOYEE IS TELLING MY LIFE SAVINGS IS PENNIES AND TO TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE BECUASE I AM ASKING WHY MY ACCOUNTS WERE FROZEN.

Really beautiful building, which is still unchanged and looks like 100 years ago! If you happen to be in the area make sure to have a look inside and check out the marvelous location. Haven been there as a customer though.

They lost a very large deposit for my business, causing significant issues to my cash flow and inconveniencing my employees greatly. They were slow and inept in their response to this error on their part and have still not located the funds they misplaced. Being forced to give them even a single star just so I can post this review is unfortunate.
