This branch is bad. Don’t try to deposit checks at their atm. I deposited one there and it got sucked up by the machine but not credited. I’ve been on with customer service for 35 minutes to resolve this. They can’t check out if machine and are launching an investigation. It will take 10 days. Major fail Citibank.

This branch location is horrible. They service is poor lack of leadership. I came in to open an account I waited over an hour no one came over to tell me how long the wait would be. So yes I left with an horrible experience.

Worst bank I have ever been to. Sat down for an hour to just open an account. They need to get new bankers or just fire the manager. Seems like the employees don't understand the meaning of customer service!

Slow service. On a busy day, they only had 2 tellers, which are taking their sweet time to chit chat and not do their jobs quicker to help customers out fast.
