I’ve tried to give this place a chance, but I can’t. Id say out of 10 times ordering , 8 times the food either came complete wrong or the food was not edible . It often comes spoiled, stale , dry or hard. It’s not even a matter of bad service , their food is DISGUSTING.

The food was good but the wait on the drive thru was ridiculous I don't know if it was because we pass by before they close or because there was not enough staff but the guy on the window was very polite i just hope they improve that

The woman at the drive thru wearing the glasses was extremely rude. Whenever I go thru this drive thru, it’s horrible. She tells me she doesn’t have any chicken left meanwhile there’s still 2 hours left before they close. She was handling my food so I decided not to argue with her. She should not work there if she hates it so much. She should be fired.

Prices for fast food are out of control, paid 70 bucks for a 12 piece bucket meal, 8 nashville tenders, and a chicken sandwich which is insane. The spicy level is very low and the chicken and pricing is not as good as popeyes. I suggested walking roughly a block to the popeyes next to the stop and shop and eat better.

If I could give it zero stars i would. This place is the most horrible fast food joint on Staten Island. Every time I come here I have the worst experience ever, I always say to myself give them another chance but at this point I’m just never coming back. Every time I come here there’s this very rude old lady working in the drive thru she’s always screaming and yelling my ears are bleeding. And all the time I try to order something else she doesn’t let me finish just like please fire her she has no business working in the fast food industry with that kind of attitude. Now let’s get to the food, all the time I’m missing an item or my food is soggy and cold. Please kfc step up your game. Anyone who’s coming to Staten Island or who lives on Staten Island never come here your time with the place and that mean old lady!!!.

Ordered an 8 piece tenders meal (using Door dash). Got 1 tender and 7 hard little things that looked like left over junk that should have been thrown in the garbage. They were smaller than a chicken nugget and rock hard. Total waste. The manager of this store should be embarrassed for giving this junk to a customer. The only reason I gave 1 star is they won't accept a review with zero stars.

First of all I’m never coming back here. My bowl was cold and gave me a spoon!!!!! Who eats chicken with a spoon. The drive through chick was hella rude. I only go to kfc for the famous bowl. without that I see no reason to be here. You need employees you care. This chick obviously doesn’t. She should be retrained on how to speak to customers and make people want to come back to this establishment
