the employee told me that there's buy one get one 50% off on the polo T shirts style, so I got 6 and the register told me that she was wrong about the discounts, so I left after I wasted 20 minutes without the T shirts 🤔😑

Didn't have all sizes. Only had very large sizes in many of the women's jeans. Service staff polite but scarce. Always have to wait for someone to open dressing rooms, too time consuming. I like their merchandise just wish they were adequately stocked for all sizes. Pretty consistent with inadequate stock on sizes in the store. Would like to shop at the store but due to stock better off online. Too bad....

Big fan of their next level flex jeans. Slim fitting without impeding movement. Store in Soho is well laid out, but struggling a bit with selections after the holiday shoppers ransacked the place!

Not so friendly staff 🤔. You have to push a button and wait for the fitting room. When I asked the reasoning employee responded: to serve customers better and I said all you have to do is just open the door. Then she said "have a good day sir" brushing me off. Not even an eye contact.
