First of all I’m never coming back here. My bowl was cold and gave me a spoon!!!!! Who eats chicken with a spoon. The drive through chick was hella rude. I only go to kfc for the famous bowl. without that I see no reason to be here. You need employees you care. This chick obviously doesn’t. She should be retrained on how to speak to customers and make people want to come back to this establishment ~Mark

Home Goods is a nice place to shop for any items you need to decorate your home. You can find something for every room in your house. Some items are always in stock, while others are one of a kind. ~philip

They some really cute outfits. They even carry plus size. The sales associates were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The only downside was that I lost cell service as I approached the back of the store. ~Elaine

Surrounding neighborhood was a slum. Store sold COUNTERFEIT products falsely marked as Colgate when its a fake from China. Prices are decent on their non fake items ~Ben

Employee made a mistake on my credit card and refused to fix it. Employees are generally socializing and absent. Very poor Customer service and unprofessional. ~Jen

They carry a respectable variety of goods from a variety of categories. Their fresh produce is of high quality, and their deli section is efficiently managed. When there is neither a discount nor a sale being offered on the things, the store may give the impression of being somewhat expensive. An excellent grocery store with friendly and knowledgeable employees. ~Patrick

Great stores! The parking lot was poorly designed. The structure of the buildings was awful!; built on a slanted slab/ curb; caused roofs to rot & leak! ~Rosylin

This is the best place from all the CitiBank I've been to. Manager Mr. Brown is absolutely professional and helpful. Even if I was late he had time to solve my problem. Everybody are nice and helpful. I was surprised because I was in two different branch before and nobody hadn’t time. I really recommend this place. If you need to go to CitiBank on Staten Island, just go. Don’t loose your time in other CitiBank on HylanBlvd or Bay St. ~Agata

My daughter had her first child three days ago and today is her birthday. With all the excitement a lot of people forgot about my daughter and edible arrangements made it possible for me to give her a wonderful last minute gift. Everything was fresh the card was clear and the balloon was awesome. Thank you edible arrangements! Oh and the delivery guy was fast and really nice. ~Catherine
