Best fast food restaurant in Staten Island, New York (NY) 2024

First of all I’m never coming back here. My bowl was cold and gave me a spoon!!!!! Who eats chicken with a spoon. The drive through chick was hella rude. I only go to kfc for the famous bowl. without that I see no reason to be here. You need employees you care. This chick obviously doesn’t. She should be retrained on how to speak to customers and make people want to come back to this establishment ~Mark

This is by far the worst McDonald’s on Staten Island. From the attitudes from the staff to the food - just horrible. How do you send out a burnt biscuit on an order. If you made this, you saw it was burnt, you still sent it out. Then these people have the audacity to DEMAND more money in wages. Take the trip to the Bay Street or Page Ave McDonald’s, those are the best ones. THIS ONE IS TRASH ~Gart

Simple four cheeseburgers with no pickles…. What do they do? Add more pickle 😒. It’s like she did it intentionally, one car ahead of me and it took quite a while. It amazes me that after all of these years White Castle hasn’t been able to speed up their order process. ~Ray

They cooked my meal extremely fast idk how but that’s cool. Fries was tasty, baconzilla burger was so-so, coke had a strange bitter taste. Food was too fatty and salty for me. ~Asya
