Simple four cheeseburgers with no pickles…. What do they do? Add more pickle 😒. It’s like she did it intentionally, one car ahead of me and it took quite a while. It amazes me that after all of these years White Castle hasn’t been able to speed up their order process.

More expensive than I remember, plus the sauce packets were bland beyond comprehension. I don't know how you managed to get the most nothing tasting mayonnaise and ketchup ever but you did and honestly I respect that.

I wouldn't eat that stuff. It's disgusting. You will need a bathroom after. My friend wanted it. Really slow at the drive thru and girl taking the order sounds like she's very depressed in life....

Had a rocky start with Finn, who worked overnight. Placed a pretty big order in the early mornings, which I understand was not normal. He was frustrated being one of two workers there. However he came back and we were able to get on the same page. He explained his frustrations as did we and after he was a great guy. Overall my experience was positive. My food was hot and fresh thanks to him and the one worker in training. He could use more workers on the overnight shift, especially during weekends. Thank you Finn, I hope you have a good shift. We appreciate you!

I give it 4 stars for a White castle. Please understand this is not 4 stars compared to a Tao or a Wolfgang restaurant, it's 4 stars for a White Castle. The staff was very friendly and they did their best at 12 am to get me my order quickly.

Convenient location when you're driving in or out of BK or Stanten, and food in my honest opinion is second to none other east coast fast food.
