My food order was correct, my coffee order was incorrect. The line was long and it took a while, and the cashier wasn't very happy. Am I the only joyous person in Loxahatchee, FL?

They do not pay attention to the order details, I thought they would get it right by the 3rd time. But nope. So simple, extra caramel: nope. extra toasted bagel: nope. I will not go there again. It is this particular location only cause the others almost all the time they get it right. Funny thing is I'm not even in the drive through, I actually get down so that it can be more personal. But nope they still get it wrong. Not to mention I asked for hot beverage and they got me cold iced. The lady said that I didn't ask for hot, which I did. Instead I told her I never told her cold either. Anyways I understand the morning rush is bad on the drive through, but if they just take their time inside considering it's a different person attending the Inside.

No napkins given to us. There was a sign that stated that costumers need to be nice to employees because they showed up to work! Not friendly a service, so how do they expect others to be nice to them. How will this new generation survive when they get REAL professional jobs?

I am a regular at DK This store No smiles I ordered there special promotion Brown sugar I'ce coffee. And the girl said! U want a ice coffee with brown sugar!!!! When I corrected her. She had a attitude. And then I got the coffee and usually it has a toping of 1" of the foam brown sugar which is perfect blend. When I got it. It was a real thin layer in top, which was to dark. I ended up throwing the coffee away.. No smiles and the other girl with her looked at me like she wanted to hit me.

The staff is incredibly rude at this Dunkin’ Donuts. If you can go to the one in Wellington, go there. I’ve tried a few times thinking My experience would be better because my past experience was due to someone who was just having a bad day …NOT…it’s consistently a bad experience. I pulled up today holding my breath thinking maybe today will be better and it was not so this is my last day patronizing this Dunkin’ Donuts. The convenience is not worth the abuse!

The worst dunkin. They never get your food right. Coffee always taste burnt and thier workers are always mean or grumpy. They need new management or ownership to get it to its full potential.. they are the only one in loxahatchee and we'll drive further just to not go there because it's always bad.

Employees have the nastiest attitude I've ever seen in my life! They are extremely disgusting in their ways. I went to this Dunkin' donuts I ordered a dozen donuts they told me I had to have it mixed their way or they would not serve me unbelievable the nerve of these people! I guarantee you I will never be back to this Dunkin' donuts I'm not sure that I will be the back to any Dunkin' donuts!

First of all let me start by saying that I read every single review before I start writing thus beautiful review We went to Lion County and Safari. We stopped for a refreshing Caramel Iced coffee ☕ The worse customer service !!!! I will attach a copy of my receipt sooooo the owner can review the staff on duty at that time, however I'm not expecting any results after I read all those 1 🌟 reviews . The staff was very rude. No one acknowledge us. We was Waiting to paid . They keep walking telling each other to cash me out.. then keep Waiting for my coffee. TERRIBLE !! Who owns this place ..... ???? Disgusting bathroom Nasty customer service Worse coffee ever. Hard and old donuts 🍩

Good, fresh iced decaf. Staff is friendly. Merchandise was surprisingly good for a rural area and outside of New England. Plus is has those comfortable club chairs, outlets and UB ports AND booths! LOVE this Dunks

As with previous visits, this location continues to lack personable service with the employees in need of training as to greeting/acknowledging customers. The one employee on duty offered apologies concerning slow service due to the other employee being away from their duties (in bathroom) during our visit. While waiting for our order, it was noted that tables needed wiped, napkins needed replenished, and along the window sills in front there were some sort of dying flies or wasps. Frozen drinks left much to be desired but, donuts were as expected. Overall I would avoid this location. 3rd & last visit, just thought I'd give it 1 more chance but, still nothing has improved with efficiency or common courtesy.
