This Starbucks is truly special! The employees know you by name and always greet you at the door. They are so caring and truly make the experience so enjoyable. They always make my drink correctly and strive for customer service! All the girls there are wonderful! Ellen is one of my many favorites! ❤️ I don’t even have to repeat my order because she knows it by memory! Thank you 🙏 you all are truly amazing.

I’m very thankful to have them beat my house ! I recently had surgery and mom kept going to Starbucks to give me a nice treat !! They have excellent customer service.. they got my drink wrong and they fixed it and even gave mom a drink for coming over and doing all the pick ups for me! Thank you Korina and Starbucks Staff!

Friendly staff. It pleases me that they remember what I like. I come super early in the morning and even right after opening they have their stuff together. I do face-to-face but I see online orders coming and going.

It is always so busy at this store. And you have to get someone's attention to pick up your mobile order. I wish they would return to having 2 designated parking spots for order ahead orders...then a staff member would bring it to you. Seemed more efficient for the customer and for the long line waiting for their coffees inside. Parking: Parking is a challenge simply because of the location of the store. You take a chance of getting into an accident every time you back out.

Usually we get such friendly service but this was not the case today! We ordered at the register. My friend greeted the cashier and said “hi how are you?” He didn’t even acknowledge her. So she ordered and said thank you. Again no response. But he took down her order. When it was my turn to order, I greeted him politely and told him what I wanted and asked if i could get caramel instead and he mumbled “wait what did you say?” I was like “uhhh.. ok, how much of that did you not get? it’s okay cuz I speak so low sometimes” (I’m hard of hearing so I wasn’t gonna be offended by it) and he gave me a look and had such attitude! I didn’t catch his name but he’s tall, with dark hair and has a mole on his chin.

They charge extra for asking only one pump of caramel or vanilla... 🙉🙉 they should be more consistent on their drinks...

This store is the best around this area. I can recommend it and for sure you will not be disappointed. The staff is just great, they are very friendly, polite, and professional with the service they provide us... they made us feel very comfortable here

This is a great Starbucks. There have a lot of outdoor seating. Service is fast and friendly. There are 4 club chairs and 2 mid century modern chairs. I find the seating uncomfortable, which is the new goal of all Starbucks re-designs. I find that disappointing. So I really can’t spend a lot of time at this one as a result. But that’s a corporate issue. This Starbucks is otherwise outstanding. I we t back again, a s while there is not one seat I find comfortable, the baristas make up for it. They are kind, funny and make a mean espresso. The espresso was full bodied and not bitter, perfectly pulled. You may argue the machines are automatic, but I’ve had many a lousy better espresso at Starbucks. But not here. The doppio was so good, I got a quad.
