It was so wonderful on my First time visiting this Tmobilw store in Chicago. I needed a new phone as my phone was getting old. First approach to the counter saying what I wanted, the representative took my phone and the phone I chose and got to work on setting up my new phone. The rest of everything was a snap, I HD a new phone and instructions of how to use my new phone. One day old and I am all set and comfortable using my new phone. Wonderful staff at this Tmobile store. I am a visitor from Boston, MASSACHUSETTS.

Best T-Mobile store in Illinois! Luis the manager and Anna are the best! Great customer service always pleasant always helpful and help me and wife every time we have a issue or just to pay our bill this is the best T-Mobile store I have visited they are very knowledgeable and answers all of our questions and concerns! Jackie and Carlos are excellent customer service!

I visited T-Mobile store today in 3608 W Touhy Ave, Skokie, IL 60076, due to LG issue, the Manager of the store was very disrespectful and made a fun of the coustemor, but when I visited T-Mobile store in Lincoln Mall the staff were very helpful and they fixed the LG issue.

Bad staff when you don’t want any equipment and return before specific time they took equipment but still every month you will see the charges bill when you go back they says you need to call customer service when I call customer service they says didn’t any return equipment they are keep charging me for that after merger service gets more worse sprint was having excellent customer service

The manager Luis Cerra and Mobile expert Abraham Aly are absolutely fantastic. They took my phone which was locked and wouldn't open and was able to migrate my information to a new phone which lowered my bill. Their positive, kind vibe helped me through a stressful situation. It was a pleasure to work with them. However, the downtown Evanston store needs an attitude adjustment. When the mobile expert called to ask if they had a galaxy watch, the gentleman at the Evanston store rudely said "yeah, and?"after introducing himself. But the guys at the Skokie store are wonderful and I had a great experience.

Great service! Luis was was able to assist my parents who don't speak English and aren't very tech savvy. I appreciate his patience with them and that he didn't get them into any overly priced plan. My father no longer calls me to ask me how to do things. He just goes to see Luis now! Great customer service!!!

Luis, the Store Manager, was incredibly helpful, patient, and thorough. I had to switch phones and SIM cards and he managed to move everything over and troubleshooted an issue I was having moving over voice mails. We actually had some great laughs with Tyan and a customer who was in which added to the experience. This is now my absolutely favorite T-mobile store ever!!

I can not give enough praise to Luis at this location. I have been a T-Mobile customer forever. It took many tries to find a store that had patient and knowledgeable employees and I found it at this location. I am not a phone savvy person, no problem when Luis is around. My recent purchase was a iPhone 13 pro, I was nervous no longer having a home button, Luis explained all the differences to me, I left the store confident and happy with the whole experience. Love this location and the employees, if you are looking for a place to get a new phone, this location is it!
