As anyone can see by my review history I very, very rarely leave bad reviews. I love giving 5 stars for excellent service and usually keep to myself if I'm not happy. However I'll make am exception here. This is one of the first times in my life that I've been the victim of a blatant bait and switch followed immediately by flat out lies. To be fair I was able to return the bait and switched item, but was told at the store that not a single person there has any line of communication in any way shape or form back to AT&T. The fact that they uttered those words out loud is flat out insulting to anyone over the age of 10. It's a corporate store...they absolutely have several lines of communication over multiple channels back to the corporation they work for. Period.

I called ATT customer service online to receive a refund for the remaining balance in my account. After waiting for so long on the phone, they eventually said I would have to stop by a ATT store to do the refund. I then stopped by this store. The manager said I need to call ATT!! She refused to help and did nothing to address the issue and wasted my time and efforts.

Shamyla and Ameena are the best manager and customer service representative. After spending nearly 16 hours with AT&T customer service representatives trying to resolve a parked device they were able to restore my cell service. They were able to remove my compliant S9 that AT&T synsetted and activated my new S22. Their knowledge and understanding of the issue is unparalleled. I highly recommend this corporate store for all your cellular needs.

The lady that worked with me in the store her name was ameena watson she was amazing!!! She went out of her way to help me with my dads account after I told her my dad passed. She was a wonderful person and I hope I get her all the time when I go and ameena if your seeing this words can’t express how much I appreciate what you did for me and thank you so much again!!!

Got there early on Sunday to pick up a phone I ordered online. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Ameena was my sales rep and she was awesome. When I left, I forgot my wallet and she immediately called me and saved me a ton of hassle. Excellent service and far better than what I get from At$T over the phone.

Let me start off by saying this has by far been the best retail experience i have EVER encountered. I decided to change my phone services from T-Mobile to AT&T. I walked in and was greeted by a beautiful young lady by the name of Joel. She was so sweet and very patient. She had to transfer 3 phones which took a long time but when I tell you it went by so fast, i was AMAZED!!! Also, I believe the manager named Loumaque was helpful as well. While Joel helped my kids pick out a phone case he answered every last one of my questions for me. He was honest, understanding, and helpful. He let me know everything i needed to in order to make the transfer from companies easy! I appreciate the help!!! The staff here is amazing!! Thank you so much!!

Signed up for family plan back in April. Had to go back to store twice to fix billing issues. No one returns phone calls. The person who originally hooked up account forgot to put FirstNet SIM card in my phone and had to spend an hour on phone due to not getting any service, only to find out SIM card wasn’t in place. Billing issue finally fixed back in May. Now my bill is $30 more. Was told by FirstNet that it’s because promotion is up for service on watch (that I don’t even use). When asked if I could just remove plan from the watch was told I needed to pay off balance ( over $300). At no point in time was it ever conveyed to me that there was a promotion and that my bill would be $150 (Att and First net combined). Seriously considering switching providers. This is no way to treat first responders. Highly disappointed.
