I loved JCPenny. It was great and the prices are good. Very clean and lots of games for the kids. If you save coupons, then you might find good deals. I recommend this mall to go to.

As mentioned in a previous rating I mentioned that JC Penny has been my go to store for clothes and shoes for well over 40years and once again it never lets me down as if your looking to get the most value from your $10 bill you need to shop JC as nobody compares to their cheap bargin bin prices and if you are lucky to hit the store during any one of their 50% off or more sales dates you will be able to fill your basket with huge savings....

I’m giving the Woodbridge JC Penney a 5 start because of the manager Katherine who helped me with everything. I had a pickup order, which didn’t come, and she helped me on what to do to get the shoe. Truly amazing customer service. It’s nice to see that now a days.

The experience me and friend had returning shoes were absolutely terrible. The lady behind the counter didn't know what she was doing and was taking 30+ mins for each person. When other people asked if there was any help she could get to make the process go quicker, she responded with "I'm in the middle of transaction. You have to wait." When a second person complained, she called someone her walkie-talkie and nothing happened after that. My friend went to someone else at a different desk and they they didn't try to help her there either. My friend and I had to leave because of how long it took for us to wait in line and didn't get to return the shoes. My friend went back another day and is saying how she's going through the same thing again with a different lady. The customer service seems to always be bad and they don't care about the time they are taking away from the customers. The lady at the desk didn't seem to know what she was doing and everyone refused to get extra help for a simple transaction.

Great Store to shop. Clean and stocked with anything might be looking for. Prices are great. Sales people eager to help you with any questions might have and want you to have a great shopping experience

I haven't been to this mall in at least 15 years! what a change from what I remember, but the one thing I have to say is that the JCP is definitely a good edition. their Levi's shop alone is worth visiting men's, women's and their kids department is great... definitely worth a trip.

Went to JCP after a long time . After covid lockdown . It’s totally different now . Products are similar but service is just bad. Hardly find any employees around , for any help. Most of the billing stations are closed and it takes ages to bill something. Very very very slow .. not much of offers around. Few products are good. Didn’t see much of sanitizer bottles around . Hope they follow covid standards .. overall a very average experience..
