Really bad service. I booked an appointment for US passport with photo but when my turn finally came after waiting in line for more than 30 minutes they told me that I’ll have to get my photo taken somewhere else. Thanks for making me waste time when I took time off from work for this. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

The lady at the front counter had the worst attitude and was really rude. The man came from the back and started turning people away 10 minutes before the posted clodsing time. I believe his name is Campbell. His attitude was also bad. His reason for tell people they were closed even tho they had 10 minutes left was because he didn’t want a full lobby. Worst post office ever.

Staff is always super friendly and helpful but there are never enough people working to keep the lines low during busy hours. Management needs to schedule shifts better.

My packaged said it was delivered but it wasn’t it my mailbox. I made an inquiry and they called me within one business day. My package was in my mailbox today! Thanks!

Came into this location after 5pm afterwork and it was no line. Awesome! As I was looking around for a piece of paper to fix my package the very nice gentleman behind the counter named JUAN proceeded to ask me if I needed help. And he did help me. If only all post office locations was like this!! (late hrs & nice employees)

First time here, and experience was too bad!! They are taking passport requests by appointment only and they will cancel it without letting customer know. Wish they would have better process in place and would have loved to get prior notice, email or call about cancelation. Went there in cold weather with my 4week old and they sent us back. Frustrating experience!

Today, October 16th, I went to this post office at 11:09 am. There was one gentleman working there. He REFUSED to take the postal white envelopes I had stamped and addressed unless I told him what was inside. He was adamant that USPS only allows letters to be mailed in these envelopes. He took every envelope, weighed each one, and then gave all back to me. These envelopes had prepaid postage, from EBAY. Literally ebay lets you ship items in these envelopes. Will never come back here, the clerk I dealt with today should be fired. How dare you ask me what is inside my mail. I am sure he wanted to steal from me.

This was my first time to this USPS office and my experience was good. I had to mail in a document but didn’t know the proper method. The staff was kind enough to guide me with the process. One thing to note is that the store is right besides the street but the parking situation is handled well. There’s street parking right outside the location and also a private lane besides where you could park. The staff was knowledgeable, there’s social distancing with proper masks guidelines followed and you’re in and out within a few minutes. In the end, it was a hassle free experience.
