It's not what it used to be, when you first walk in the store looks semi-decent with the nice glass panels covering the first set of racks but once you walk inside it's a different story. The store looks like it was pieced together from different locations, the floors are different the racks have no rhyme or reason. It was very hard to find things in that store and nothing was organized at all things were strewn about carelessly and there was barely any employees around to ask questions. The fitting rooms were extremely hot, and very limited there were many people waiting on line to try things on. The store just didnt look right. The "modernized" look just kinda trashy, the prices are RIDICULOUS. A simple cardigan was 78$ (regular price 134) but honestly it could have sold for 20 max. The store was also very dirty, there was a large spill of soda or something that covered an entire floor near the escalators you would literally stick to the floor. The space is not what it used to be. The housewares sections were pretty okay, but linen was thrown around, bed spreads on the floor, towels etc. I get it, it was a weekend but if you struggle like that you should have WAY more staff on hand.

I rarely go to Macy's but wanted to purchase a new fragrance. When I called about the sale, I was given sale info. I went on Sunday to purchase my new fragrance. The sales associates in fragrance were very helpful and customer friendly. I will he back to purchase an everyday fragrance. I purchased Coco Mademoiselle! I absolutely love it.

The store has three levels and look humongous with a stock well kept and ready for the Holidays sales. The store is typical Macy's with a standard MAC and a range of different clothes, brands, shoes, perfumes and accessories. We have never visited a Macy's Backstage and was curious to check it out. It was in level 3 and looked like we were suddenly transported to a TJ Maxx. The items looked little less pricier and the shop was neat for the most part except for the kitchen items section. Nevertheless, this shop tends to all your usual Macy's needs and located at a prime location to access other shops that are around.
