The Mills staff was professional in delivering a high quality design of my theater, plus very accommodating in making modifications along the way. Their prices has gotten ridiculous Something hes not doing right he have fixed you have fixed my ring about 6 times the same ring each time the price goes up it keeps breaking in the same spot so hes not fixing it right Something hes not doing right to have been to keep coming back and like I said the price keep going up-and-up I haven't found anyone else in this area yet but I will be looking but hes a nice guy ~April

Was greeted warmly and got great hands on experience in picking out some clothes for an event. Gentlemen running the place were very nice and helped me pick out the best clothes to suit my needs for the event and for work! ~Joseph

Dame has a horrible attitude: snarky and condescending. I asked about some heel liners and whether or not they were only specifically for high heels since the picture on the package only showed high heels, not flats/slip-ons, etc. She responds: yeaaah, it says heel liners & proceeds to roll her eyes. Then, when I spoke with the manager Stephanie, she was nonchalant, unresponsive and unapologetic, and was like "ok, anything else?" I've encountered Dame before, and I let it go thinking maybe she was having a rough day. Nope, her nasty demeanor is 24/7. ~Kathy

This is the ONLY negative review I have ever written. I only write positive reviews. And if the service at some establishment seems less than good, or bad, they probably just had a bad moment. I never get upset with service. That said . . . I recently rented a tux at Men's Wearhouse. The tux rental in itself, was great. They delivered on time, the tux was good. All of the accessories were there, and it fit. This review is regarding the store itself, and the service on the day of my tux pick-up (Th 05-19-2022). The store is currently a MESS and has been for about the last six (6) months. MW is a tenant and the landlord has a roof leak that they must deal with. That certainly makes things tough. But nevertheless, the store is a MESS. Photos are attached to document this. The floors are dirty. The displays are old, worn and chipped. Display product is messy, not neat. It is if management does not care about the appearance of their store. They were short staffed on Th 05-19-2022. This certainly happens (covid and post-covid). This I would normally ignore and not care about. But on this day, management was doing NOTHING in terms of customer service (other than . . . just deal with it). Management was not trying to help to speed things up, expedite deliveries or provide any customer service. Yes - they were understaffed on this day, but they did not make any effort at customer service. And the store is an absolute mess. ~Dan

Best T-Mobile store in Illinois! Luis the manager and Anna are the best! Great customer service always pleasant always helpful and help me and wife every time we have a issue or just to pay our bill this is the best T-Mobile store I have visited they are very knowledgeable and answers all of our questions and concerns! This pawn shop is by far hands down the best place to buy or sell your items and to even to pawn your items. Carl is a very kind and respectful business man. I have been pawning my jewelry and electronics when times were tough for me or when I needed emergency money for last minute. He's very understanding of your situation and willing to work with you. He gives you the best amount dollar value for your items and a very reasonable monthly payment plan if you wanted to renew your loan again until you are able to pick up your item and payback the amount you borrowed. Unlike the other pawn shops in the area they will lowball you for your items with high interest loans. Carl has a very good selection on jewelry, electronics and collective items and his shop is very clean and smells nice too. Be sure to check out his online auctions too. I bought my wife's beautiful engagement ring from him. He gave me the best price and was very negotiable without pressure. The quality and clarity of the diamonds were remarkable. He even went out of his way to get my wife's ring sent off to be resized and returned back to a perfect fit. I couldn't be anymore happier.
