Dame has a horrible attitude: snarky and condescending. I asked about some heel liners and whether or not they were only specifically for high heels since the picture on the package only showed high heels, not flats/slip-ons, etc. She responds: yeaaah, it says heel liners & proceeds to roll her eyes. Then, when I spoke with the manager Stephanie, she was nonchalant, unresponsive and unapologetic, and was like "ok, anything else?" I've encountered Dame before, and I let it go thinking maybe she was having a rough day. Nope, her nasty demeanor is 24/7.

Extremely racist and rude manager! She was so rude when I went to return my kids shoes. And did not make the return. I did not get her name cuz I was enraged at the way she treated me and my kids. My first and last time shopping at dsw

I went to return shoes that were too small. The store clerk was having trouble issuing a credit and called the manager over. The manager, Horm, accused me of wearing the shoes that I could not fit. While I’m at the register another clerk, Erin, was being very rude to another customer. Poor, poor, customer service from the manager on down.

This store is great for kids shoes especially. However , there lines can get ridiculously long but at least the wait isn’t to bad. I actually had my sons infant nikes in which he has never worn but tags were thrown out. The manager was nice enough to give a store credit. Very nice staff. Will definitely be coming more
