I have been pawning my jewelry and electronics when times were tough for me or when I needed emergency money for last minute. He's very understanding of your situation and willing to work with you. He gives you the best amount dollar value for your items and a very reasonable monthly payment plan if you wanted to renew your loan again until you are able to pick up your item and payback the amount you borrowed. Unlike the other pawn shops in the area they will lowball you for your items with high interest loans. Carl has a very good selection on jewelry, electronics and collective items and his shop is very clean and smells nice too. Be sure to check out his online auctions too. I bought my wife's beautiful engagement ring from him. He gave me the best price and was very negotiable without pressure. The quality and clarity of the diamonds were remarkable. He even went out of his way to get my wife's ring sent off to be resized and returned back to a perfect fit. I couldn't be anymore happier. I pawned some items here with Carl because I was in need of some quick cash and he gave me a better loan on my items then any near by pawn shop was offering. He has great customer service and all around great guy to do business with. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever had / pawn shop I’ve been too. Lying to customers about hours is very unprofessional, I’ve been trying to visit the store, their hours 10am- 6pm or 4pm for Saturday’s but they are either closed, or closed to early. For example today, I called to see when they would close because I wanted to get my things back, they said “they will close either 5pm or 5:30pm” whatever that means. So I showed up at about 3:30pm and guess what, they were closed!! Honestly super unreliable and upsetting I really was excited to get my things back, now I have to wait and pray they are open tomorrow. Just beware
