This grocery store has most things you'd need. The place just seems cramped and not well lit. They don't have Celsius energy drinks either. They do have a large selection of Halloween decor, about 2 aisles worth.

I've always had a pretty good experience at Kroger in Smyrna but lately it's gone downhill. Customer service is always closed and when you go and ask for something at one of the registers especially the self-service registers the people that help there don't help! I'm sorry customer service is closed. I can see that can you give me some change please no sir customer service is closed. Thank you very much for your help I really appreciate it. Customer service needs to be better than that! If anybody really reads this do something about it!

I traveled to TN during the July 4th weekend and stopped into this Kroger on the way to visit my Mother to buy her flowers as I always do. I bought these beautiful blue orchids for myself and my daughter and brought them home to FL with me. Within 4 days of purchase I noticed black spots on the leaves, then the leaves turned yellow, then the flowers wilted, then the leaves literally fell off. These $25 orchids had root rot. Called the store and called corporate offices (was hung up on by 4 different associates when I asked to speak to a Manager) and NO ONE will honor their merchandise and refund my $50 that literally rotted away by the 7th day after purchase. Because I live in FL and have no Kroger near me to have a Kroger account, they refuse to refund me money. Guess that’s why this Florida girl loves Publix!! I will never ever step foot again in any Kroger. Next time I visit my Mom and stop to buy her flowers, I will make sure to go next door to Publix!

MIA helped us find the person to blow up balloons for us in floral she was amazing she is management she is presidential she is the future this woman will be more powerful than the company that she works for now which is Kroger she insisted on helping us find a person in floral even though me and the other customer were waiting for 40 minutes she found the right person Thank you MIA. She her linvolvement was she was very professional very helpful very prompt polite productive and prepared and she was amazing thank you again. She gets 13 Stars. And employee of the year.

This place has gone SOOOOOO downhill in the past couple of years! Nothing is ever stocked. Need oj? Not today. Need coffee? You have 3 choices? Need the Kroger bacon they just you a coupon for? Not happening. Never, ever can find everything I need here. It’s honestly ridiculous. It’s not Covid anymore. It’s not a global shortage, since the Kroger in Murfreesboro can somehow manage to stay stocked. The cashiers don’t care, there’s never anyone around to help. It’s as though everyone in management has just stopped caring. Pay your employees better. Just do better in general!

The MOST GOD AWFUL Kroger on the face of this earth. 2 years after a democratic pandemic they have yet to restock ANYTHING. Shut it down already! During a crisis they didn’t even bother to try and stock any of the shelves...all while other Kroger’s around the area were restocked. This one just threw up their hands and didn’t to a dang thing.

Absolute chaos. Pickuo order was scheduled for 5 to 6pm then got a text saying 7 to 8, so I sent someone there to pickup and they were told that the store was closing and to come back tomorrow. I called and spoke to a manager and he said to come back at 830pm that they would have my order ready and of course I got there and the automated service said the store was closed. I called the main number and explained the situation and told them that the manager directed me to come at 830 pm, and that they did not close the pickup area until 9. They had no knowledge of this. Someone eventually came out and asked my name and said "your order is almost ready" Communication is key people.

They do not honor their business hours. They would like to lock up the entrances 15 min before they would my close. All I had to get was 2 items. It would have taken me 5 minutes. Stores are supposed to honor their hours. Even the employee couldn’t be under-stable at all. It’s the holidays and just needed to get 2 things that would have made it to the point for me to be out before they would close at 11.

I am tired of being "peered upon" at self checkout. 🕑 Occasions I was watched because I had alcohol 2 bottles of wine, same brand, same size bottle. They came to the register and said you didn't ring them both up. LOOK, yes I rang up two but the accusation, SHAME. Also a man was playing his violin in the parking trying to raise money for his family. Management came out and told him he had to leave no soliciting. BUT WHO IS ALWAYS AT THE FRONT DOOR SOLICITING CUB SCOUTS. UM

I don’t leave reviews often but when I do it’s either a 5star or 1star. I had a delivery order that was wrong and a driver that stole from the order. Long story short Walt you are my hero this morning! My babies formula was missing from the order and the driver was promising to make it right and never seen him again. I have no vehicle and no other money. I spent my last on that order this morning. I called the store and explained the situation and Walt brought me a can of formula. When I closed the door after seeing him I cried the hardest I have in a really long time. When they say not all superhero’s wear capes it was true! Walt you are our superhero this morning and it will not be forgotten. For some it may be nothing but for my family it was everything❤️❤️
