They have very limited stores but all there products are very good in quality and prices are very reasonable That's my first visit to Columbia i buy some clothes for winter aprox 800$ I spend but I am satisfied Quality and coustmer service amazing And yes its very very busy long lines for payment so make sure you have enough time to do shopping 🛍

i was always shopping from this store but last time i visit this store i ve paid 348,54 via apple pay and they said my transaction never approved. They forced me to duplicate charged from me. They tried to hold me and waste my time. Also they never let me go i had a very hard time even i paid with apple pay! Then i had to pay one more time same amount to take my items. i asked manager to help me nobody respond. i ve asked many times stuff’s name they never tell. They blamed me that i did some magic and canceled the transaction. Finally i paid 2 times for same items. i am considering to take this situation to court! what a unprofessional and rude stuff!

I just cannot handle slow or poor customer service. 10 people standing in line…. Waiting for over 20 minutes to check out and one of the workers is standing there putting jackets in order of sizing. Like FOR REAL!?!

This isn’t a bad location but I have to admit the clearance department isn’t that big. Overall though the store had a very good selection and friendly staff. My suggestion is to wait until they have a massive sale online and then come in.

They have very good quality items at lower prices than the main stores. Sadly, prices have already creeped up though I did get a fleece jacket/ sweater with zippered pockets so my keys don't fall out before Black Friday this year and I was able to take advantage of the sale then. It was cheaper then than at Marshalls. They also have waterproof gloves. How about windproof too? They do have baseball cap type hats that are waterproof or for summer breathable. I am waiting for the other colors to be restocked. Really, delightful and knowledgeable staff? Four and a half stars today. I will be back...
