From test drive to purchase it was a very smooth car buying experience. All questions were answered by a very helpful staff.

I was so excited to get a new car. I managed to find one with low mileage and in very good condition and no issues. Love the car. But their customer service here is awful. As soon as you drive off with a car, they forget about you and they do not follow through with what they say they will do. They did not check that the emissions was done before I left, so I had to go back a few days later and waited about 2 hours for them to get it done, with an appointment. When I first looked at the car we noticed there was a nail in one of the tires and asked that it be fixed. I was told by the sales rep I had that everything was fixed and the car was good to go after I bought it, only to find out on a road trip that the nail was still in there and my tire kept going flat. We had to keep pulling over to pump it up so we could make it to our destination. Lastly, I did not receive any calls about my license plate and my temporary registration was expiring. I called multiple times to try to get information and no one I talked to was helpful. Every time I called they told me to talk to different people and then I never received any follow up calls. Turns out my plates were sitting there for a month, and I only found out by having to call 4 times in 1 day before someone was actually helpful and looked for me. I picked them up yesterday, and they didn't put them on for me like they said they would. If you're wanting good and basic customer service, I would not go here. After you buy your car you will be on your own and it'll be like pulling teeth to get assistance.

I drove straight to the dealership after my engine light started flashing. They were very honest with me with the timeline in which my vehicle would be seen which i really appreciated. They were awesome with their follow up, communication, and explaining the warranty. my experience here was awesome!

The service manager was exceptionally nice. The facility is lovely. But the individual who changed my cabin filter was an utter jerk. My car was right outside the window where I was sitting. He slammed my hood and both front doors taking his frustration out on my car. Then he sailed in to the desk where I was paying and slammed my expensive electronic key on the counter from at least a foot high when he threw it. The more I thought about it the angrier I became. He needs to solve his frustrations without mistreating other people's property.

It takes months to get in to get a service done. If I would have know that the service department was going to take forever to get a basic oil change done I would have bought from another dealership. I have a rattle in my dash and I have to wait until mid December for them to even look at it.

My appointment was at 10:30am and I was the only vehicle in the service bay. It was a simple oil change but I was notified they were short staffed so it might take a little longer. I was very clear that I had an important appointment at 1:00pm that I could not miss. I noticed every person who came to the waiting room left before I did so two hours later I found out my vehicle had been dropped to the bottom of the list. What was really annoying is that they completed the entire oil change in 15 minutes so either they didn't do a complete service or they are wasting our time. No one contacted me during the two hour wait. I had to find out what was going on myself. Two hours and twenty minutes later I got my vehicle back (without wasting time on a car wash). No apologies were offered. It seemed like they intentionally delayed my service because I was in a hurry. Incredibly, I've waited over three hours for an oil change from them before. Bottom line: Don't assume they are working on your car. Keep checking on them.

I had to seek out a sales rep, that was sitting in a chair on a cell phone. Then I was told that I could not test drive or inspect the inside of an SUV model that I was interested in. I could only view the SUV from the exterior. Pretty lame dealership with zero interest in helping out with a potential new vehicle purchase. I went there because yesterday I got a message that they were interested in buying my used Hyundai. I don't think they will get that privilege.

I've had nothing but negative car sales experiences up until now. Working with Jeff at the Southtowne site was an absolute pleasure. I had placed a reservation on a car months before I purchased it and with all the craziness of 2020 I had forgotten all about it. I had even moved out of state! When it was time to get the deal done, it was awesome. We worked everything out over text. From the financing details all the way down to the trade in. It was a 10 hour drive back up to Sandy and Jeff was there and ready to get things wrapped up when I pulled in. The finance guy was awesome as well. While we were getting the paperwork done, we joked about everything from the Jazz to horrible hairlines. Great customer service all around. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Thank you to everyone at Ken Garff Southtowne for helping me get my car collection started in style. :)

Went there to assist my Son in the purchase of his first new car. We drove many cars and upgraded at the end. The gentleman helping was being genuine and not pushy at all. We received many nice discounts from them. You can't go wrong with a Hyundai. They have all the safety systems as my BMW. Better yet they have 10, 7 & 5 year warranties that come with the cars. My next car will be a Hyundai for sure and you can't beat the warranties. My BMW will be soon be traded in for a reliable Hyundai.
