PHILLIP WONG PLEASE READ IT. This bank is ridicules and No efficiency! Today I wait for an hour, but no one take care. There is only 2 bankers (male and female) to take clients but they are SUPER slow. One of them (Female) spent an hour to take care a client, another one spent 40 mins to open an CD account with another client. the Female banker even said, you can come back next week. She is not even look at me. How come the Citi bank's bankers can take an hour to open an account? Are they well trained. Unbelievable and No Efficiency.

Was okay branch before covid but now bums camp outside it (literally) harassing you for money and can follow you into the branch. Of course the bank can't do anything because of the environment of the country at the moment. One time the bank teller announced my personal business outloud when I was clearly trying to keep it low. Wth?

This location is on 86th st which has so many businesses are. And there is only one teller for this long line. Sigh. They must improve the service.

Went in today the bank had one teller and about 8 people waiting in line. So I went to the manager Phillip Wong, did not want to help me or the teller. Customer service in this place is terrible 😞

No wonder this branch at 2.5 stars, first time stoping by this branch gave me an unwelcoming feeling, no greeter very quiet, as I approached next available teller she greeted me with cold hello, so I state my need and right away she denies my request, by telling me that this branch does not handle any coins, what? Is this a bank? Insane, all I wanted is to pick up a few rolls different denominations), the teller not only gave me no option for my request, she stated it in a tone like I have sars or something, I never had a feeling of a pest before I came to this branch. Not cool, not sure if I’m gonna be using this branch or even the bank as whole,

Their ATM took my cash deposit with technical problem. The customer service said it will take 10 business days for them to find out the result and possibly return my money. Do not bank with Citi. Worst ever.

The banker will say anything to get you open a banking account with Citi, and they will not keep their words for it. After few mths, I still haven't receive my promotional credits/bonus from opening a citi priority account. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH!
