If you're wanting fast food, don't go here. There is ALWAYS a wait. I knew that going there and was willing. However, items that I ordered were not given to me (drive through) and when I called about it the person on the phone was rude.

This location is getting better compared to the last year or two when they were understaffed. My biggest complaint is the Ranch Burger is something I have had since a kid and it used to be way better. Primarily melted cheese on a hamburger seems to be a thing of the past with Artic Circle, or at least this location. I'm sure they microwave the food when ordered so i dont know why they cant time the placement of the cheese a little better so it melts before I start eating it.

This location is tops! The employees are bright, cheerful and pay attention to details. The dining room is neat and clean as we're the restrooms and the food was hot and fresh. This location is walking distance from our new home so we'll definitely be back. Kid-friendliness: The courtesy cones are an awesome idea!

Bathroom was subpar, no paper towels or toilet paper. I think they're trying their best with limited staff. The ice cream is always good, but I'd personally stick to the drive thru only

Slow process, not as slow as the Burger King in the area but still pretty slow. Food was passable but not great. Overall about average

Not impressed with my last visit. My husband was thinking about what to order and the cashier totaled the order without confirming we wanted anything else. Giggled when we mentioned she’d forced our order closed when we were about to order more and I was given the weakest grape lime Rickey I’ve ever seen. Very displeased.

When I got my order the girl told me they did not have guacamole for our salads but that they were already made so it couldn’t be changed. I told her I should get a discount then. She instantly stated that I did get a 15 percent discount then gave us our food. I then realized she had just lied to me about the discount. I don’t appreciate being lied to. What horrible service and food quality.

Why are they still playing the covid game with closing the lobby? Literally every other fast food joint had the lobby open insanity! And the drive through took me about 20 minutes to get to the screen to place the order. Place is terrible. OPEN THE LOBBY ALREADY.

I have gone here on 3 separate occasions and every time without fail I have received the completely wrong order. Not even close to what I ordered. The staff is cordial at best, often coming across bored and unwilling to provide good service. I really want to like this location because I thoroughly enjoy this chain and receive spectacular service at any of their other locations but this location simply does not deliver in any shape or form. Save your time and money and drive over to Wendy’s just down the street. They have excellent customer service, the food is always what you ordered, and most importantly it’s hot!

I was pleasantly surprised with how good my salad was. Grilled chicken something in a crispy tortilla shell that wasn't bad at all. Nice. But it wasn't what I wanted. I wanted a big old greasy cheeseburger with fries and a glutinously sugary beverage. That's what I wanted but I'm getting older and I just didn't dare roll the dice at a place like Arctic Circle. But the kids meal presents were Peppa Pig which absolutely nailed it for my daughter who hung like a monkey from the play place right next to our table THE WHOLE TIME. Burgers for everyone else were ho-hum but that's Arctic Circle. Oddly, the fry sauce there is just a little off--not bad or gross, just not my favorite mayo to ketchup ratio, you know. Kinda picky with my fry sauce bro.
