lol at the fact that they wouldn’t accept my NYCid as a form of valid identification to *deposit* money into *my own* account. chase, i’m literally trying to give you my money and you’re being bureaucratic and insolent about it. why? also the whole point of NYCid is to be able to conduct bank transactions in lieu of having other forms of ID. i also really dislike disparaging the workers at places (just check my other reviews for proof!) but the teller was so painfully indolent; the ineptitude displayed during my attempted transaction was impressive. luckily i do most of my financial transacting at a local credit union and this trip today really reminded me of why i make that choice. ~Katie

Trying to get 10 roll of quarters changed, but the counter (named Logan). Mention only have 2 roll only and not even ask from other counter. I won’t open a Business account with them….. ~king

The ATM’s at this branch like to be off line or partially not working on weekends. This is unacceptable. It is almost making me want to go pay Chase monthly to be a customer there again. At least their ATM’s work on weekends. ~Andrew

PHILLIP WONG PLEASE READ IT. This bank is ridicules and No efficiency! Today I wait for an hour, but no one take care. There is only 2 bankers (male and female) to take clients but they are SUPER slow. One of them (Female) spent an hour to take care a client, another one spent 40 mins to open an CD account with another client. the Female banker even said, you can come back next week. She is not even look at me. How come the Citi bank's bankers can take an hour to open an account? Are they well trained. Unbelievable and No Efficiency. ~Yui

Love apple Bank but recently January 2 2021 7am on a Saturday i wanted to go get some money from the atm but didn't go in had to use the td bank next door because of a homeless person sleeping on the floor Carroll gardens branch in Brooklyn 11231 ~Christina

everybody in this bank is busy with they job. nobody care about costumers. awfull services. ~DSMY

Worse bank I was ever in. This guy Jonathan gives such a bad attitude and bad environment. And 2 (bad) ladies that work , don't care about my clients. They kept talking how soon they go home etc. Almost threw me out because I didn't fell for thier bad attitude. Guys be aware, management take care of this asap. I will try to file a complain with Capitol One Bank directly as well. Stay tuned for updated, untill no changes don't go to this bad branch unless you want to get your day ruined! ~Juan

I was able to make an appointment and open an account same day. I interacted with multiple people and everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Overall it was a very positive experience and I look forward to doing my banking there. ~jade
