Worse bank I was ever in. This guy Jonathan gives such a bad attitude and bad environment. And 2 (bad) ladies that work , don't care about my clients. They kept talking how soon they go home etc. Almost threw me out because I didn't fell for thier bad attitude. Guys be aware, management take care of this asap. I will try to file a complain with Capitol One Bank directly as well. Stay tuned for updated, untill no changes don't go to this bad branch unless you want to get your day ruined!

I called Santander to attain some bank statements from previous years. I called to request the statements that weren't available through online banking be sent. I stayed on the phone for 45 minutes as the rep was trying to order the statements. She kept returning to check to see if I was there, and went back to ordering (so I thought). After 45 minutes, I was disconnected from the call. I called back and waited another 20 minutes to get a rep who immediately told me that I would have to pay $6 per statement to send them. This is despite that fact that they constantly encouraged me to convert to paperless billing. They are turning paperless statements into a trap to charge people. Service horrible! policy horrible! Changing banks

Worst bank representatives and staff ever. No one cares what you came for. It seems like they hired bunch of uneducated people from the street and told them that they are working now for a bank, and in order to get paid they should do nothing but being unprofessional, lazy, rude etc. I went there 4 times just to open a regular checking account, and every time I went there, they were asking me to come back tomorrow cause once it was snowing, 2. he needed to get his lunch, 3. he was not there, 4. my documents were incomplete. I hope someone will take care of this place, cause people there literally getting paid for not doing their job. Finally, I had to go open bank account card in citi bank, took me 20 mins to get my card right on the spot. Managment of Santander please pay attention to this, cause what happening there not making the company look good in front of consumers.

I WISH I CAN GIVE NO STARS HORRIBLE SERVICE I LOST MY WALLET LAST NIGHT IN THE CITY WHILE DOING MY PHOTO SHOOT.I WENT INTO THE BRACH TODAY TO GET MONEY FOR MY ACCOUNT.I HAD MY EXPIRE LICENSE THAT EXPIRE JAN OF 2017,CREDIT CARDS,ACCOUNT NUMBER,INSURANCE CARD,PREVIOUS RECEIPT I DID DEPOSITS WITH THE TELLER,LOG INTO MY ONLINE ACCOUNT AND ALSO LOG ONTO MY DMV ONLINE AND SHOW THE REP SHE BROUGHT ALL THIS TO THE MANAGER ATTENTION AND SHE DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT THE DOCUMENT THAT WAS PRESENTED SHE LOOK AT ME AND STRAIGHT SAID NO AFTER I DROVE 20 MINUTES TO GET THEIR STATING I CANT GET NO MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT.SHE WAS SO NASTY SHE DO NOT DESERVE TO BE A MANAGER SHE HAS NO PEOPLE SKILL NO EXPERIENCE SHE JUST SIT ON HER FAT ASS.I FELT SO LOW AND DISGUSTED BY THE EXPERIENCE NOT TO MENTION I WAS AFRICAN AMERICAN IN A JEWISH/WHITE NEIGHBORHOOD.SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE GOING BACK THEIR AND I WILL BE SWITCH BANKS SHE NEED TO BE FIRED!

I started an online application for their checking account online on March 10, 2016 and it prompted my debit card information for payment to process into the new checking account. I like the idea of a mom and pop bank on a smaller level but wow was i in for a surprise. I didn't want a savings account so i didn't finish their online application. I proceeded to speak with Jane their Customer Service Sales Representative and she opened up the account at their branch stressing me that I have to place a deposit. When I went to their atm i noticed an amount was taken out of my debit account without my authorization. I spoke to Jane and she got defensive., telling me I should speak with their telephone customer service number. They told me to go to the branch, which I proceeded to do and speak with Kathy their Branch Manger. Kathy assured me after speaking with their technical department within six business days it will returned. Today when i followed up, Kathy, their branch manager gave me a difficult time and told me to call my bank, my bank has their hands tied because of santander. I called their customer service number and spoke with three people after which Tim, their online representative told me he couldn't assist me and for me to go back to their branch! Horrible Experience as a first time customer.
