When arriving at the branch, the Branch Manager - Michelle Garcia was more than accommodating and the best help I have ever received at a Chase Branch. She was able to quickly secure my account in a situation where time was of the essence and helped me create a new profile/account. She went above and beyond by also calling the necessary bureaus and explained to me following procedures. She was reassuring and able to walk me through a difficult situation as soon as I explained to her the predicament at hand. The branch was busy at the time and she also efficiently helped others around or directed them to proper assistance.

Terrible branch. I was there 2 hours before the branch closed and for a work that could be done in 20 mins, a staff from the branch said they don’t have bankers with a rude attitude. They should close down the branch. Useless.

I have to give them credit; this is the best bank I have ever had. The customer service is great. They almost always answer the phone and if they don't, you just call back in a bit and you'll get a quick answer. They don't blow off your questions. Overall, great experience.

This branch made it hard to create a business account. They say they need 1.5 hours to create a business account and my appointment only blocks for an hour of their calendar, asking me to come back another time when they’re not as busy. Stay away from this branch if you’re dealing with your business accounts.

We had the worst experiences at this branch! We are business owners with a very large account with chase, everytime we go in to discuss our account they make us wait for more than an hour with very little help! we went in and there were practically no other customers and they made us wait for so long while they chatted behind the counters!!! at the end we were NOT assisted and left the place unserved!! worst experience!!!

Unsure of the previous posts, they don't seem to come close to my experiences. All the tellers are extremely helpful and all know me by name, they know what i'm likely going to do when I approach them and they give my dog treats all the time, the rest of the crew in the bank take my dog and pet him profusely. It's a wonderful community feel at the bank. Seems like perhaps the other posts may be from competing bank employees.
