Not sure why this walgreens or it s pharmacy receives bad reviews; both pharmacist (females) and their assists provide amazing and professional services. Each refill and/or script transactions were and are filled above and beyond. They are very communicative, ensure that your scripts are ordered in a timely fashion, if not available, and do everything possible accordingly. Bottom line they work super hard to get your scripts out.

I had such a great experience with one specific associate here. She was the cashier with curly black hair, I did not catch her name. She had me leaving feeling so happy and satisfied with my purchases. I was very unsure about which sunscreen to buy and she answered all my questions, even when they probably got annoying.This girl deserves nothing but happiness, good fortunes, and even a raise *hint hint*

This is legit the worst pharmacy ever. Nothing in stock, over 20 minutes wait time in line and only refill prescriptions after I call them numerous times. Understaffed, terrible hours and rude staff. Can’t wait to move and never use you guys again.

Worst pharmacy in town. Severely understaffed and not competent. We waited over an hour for a flu shot after having an appointment and then when we booked AVAILABLE booster appointments a week ahead of time, the DAY OF we get a phone call saying “sorry we actually close before your appointment so you have to reschedule” and (of course) there are no more appointments all week long. I went to CVS online and was able to get one same day and had a VERY pleasant experience. Don’t waste your time here! The WORST.

Pretty terrible pharmacy overall. Almost gave two stars because, well, they do try hard. Unfortunately when it comes to prescription drugs, there are no points for partial credit. Chronically understaffed. Every time I’ve called, hold times are 20+ min (on a good day). Standing here now and they don’t have the prescription they claimed was ordered a week ago. In summary, if you like to wait and work with folks that can’t really follow directions, this pharmacy is for you.

The best part of this store is the STAFF--especially the Pharmacy Staff. They are busy,...but take the time. The woman pharmacist is super organized, friendly, an "excellent explainer," and lovely to deal with. FIVE STARS!!

One of the pharmacy stuff is horrible. Walgreens said make sure to arrive and check in 15 mins earlier yet that staff said I was 'way too early' when I want to check in 8 mins before appointment time. The other guy which actually gives vaccine shot is super nice!

Corporate should care more about their employees and customers at the Walgreens on shipyard Hoboken NJ. The store has no air conditioning and it is absurd how much I sweat every time I walk into this store. Compared to the store on willow it is much cozier over there so I’d rather bring my business to the other store on willow.
