When arriving at the branch, the Branch Manager - Michelle Garcia was more than accommodating and the best help I have ever received at a Chase Branch. She was able to quickly secure my account in a situation where time was of the essence and helped me create a new profile/account. She went above and beyond by also calling the necessary bureaus and explained to me following procedures. She was reassuring and able to walk me through a difficult situation as soon as I explained to her the predicament at hand. The branch was busy at the time and she also efficiently helped others around or directed them to proper assistance. ~Andrew
