HR and the managers are cowards and very disrespectful! If you don’t want to be racial profiled, discriminated against, embarrassed, do NOT go here. Store bathrooms are filthy! The shelves are so unorganized, the service is slow, no one is helpful. They answer phones with “yes, can I help you?” Who greets like that? I’m calling corporate the overall leadership is garbage!!!corporate, You need to fire your management. THE ABSOLUTE WORST STORE NEVER AGAIN ~Deborah

Used to be a great option to full retail locations in malls but now it's just a larger full retail location without the mall experience. No deals, nothing unique or special about it. Must be under new and not so smart management. ~Mark

Came here today to look for Crinkle material. I spoke the Ana and she apologized for not carrying that product. Its not her fault. Ana had a pleasant attitude. I decided to walk around the store and bought a few things. They were working really hard trying to get the merchandise out of the back and on the floor. But they never sacrificed there customer service. What a great team I want to say THANK YOU for being AMAZING!!! ~Pinky

The customer service here was above and beyond! The name on the receipt was Brianna, so I believe that is who helped us. She was SO friendly and helpful and eager to answer any questions. She was also extremely knowledgeable, it seemed like she had tried every shoe and had personal experience or knowledge with each one. She genuinely seemed like she wanted me to find the perfect shoe and I left pretty happy with my purhcase. I wish that was my local store because I would go back 10/10. ~Alexis

This rating is for cashier Leslie is a bit rude asking my email address but trying to show her my ID for easier type. My email address is my name. But then she refuse giving me a piece of paper to right it down it came out my email address is mis spell. End up showing my ID to get her right spelling. My first time shopping and got a bad experience. The line is long trying to make it easier and faster but because of Leslie staburn she made it worst. She needs more train in customer service. I like the place clean and neat. I will go back but not to with that cashier. Thank you. ~hazel
