We enjoyed shopping at Soft Surroundings. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Beautifully decorated and very stylistically with a youthful inventory. Great atmosphere. Looking forward to coming back and shopping again.

Frustrating to find certain collar neck lines until we went here. A Higher quality product than the other spots we went to and a much better selection.

Wow! I don't know where the previous couple of people shopped but clearly it was not at the same store I went to!! I had a great experience. Firstly, all COVID guidelines were being followed to the fullest. Sometimes it can be a challenge to get customers to wear masks, and wear them correctly, but I did not see this issue when I was at Soft Surroundings. I have been so cooped up at home--I have a husband who is high-risk so I have to be careful about people observing guidelines--but I felt that I was 100% safe while shopping there. I saw no instance of people not following guidelines. The salespeople were friendly and helpful but do not hover, which I don't like. The clothes are still wonderful; I seem to have no trouble at all finding something to buy each time I go there.

Went here on Saturday to shop for some new clothing. Was meet at the door by an employee....she didn't like my cloth mask...wanted to give me her paper mask..l kindly said no thank you. We went about our business and all of a sudden this same employee is coming toward my face with her gloved hands and her paper mask demanding l have to wear her mask or l can't be in the store....her lame excuse...my mask wasn't covering enough...give me a break! I have worn this type mask since March! The store wasn't that busy! Lost my business forever! This employee shouldn't deal with the public! Avoid this store ....shop their online shop...no craziness and over the top fear or dealing with a control freak!!!

I had a wonderful experience at the Soft Surroundings boutique store on El Paseo in Palm Desert. Kelly was outstanding! She helped me to pick out a gift for my girlfriend and offered to mail it for me, which was awesome! I love the quality of their clothes. I have bought quite a few items there myself and really love them.

Stopped in to shop but noticed too many people wearing masks incorrectly or not at all. Not enough mask enforcement for me to feel safe at this store. The Covid 19 variant is already in the U.S. now, from the U.K., we all have to be super careful.
