This place is straight racist it’s sad!! Went in to look for a pair of shoes for my wedding and the workers just made me feel so uncomfortable just spying on me the whole time I understand if I walked in with a backpack or something but even then so disrespectful!!!!!!!!

AMAZING! Saks, PLEASE pay attention! Give this girl a raise. Assoc: 781471 Jenn An absolute phenomenal experience. It’s because of her that I’m now a returning customer. I just recently purchased Creed’s Les Royales Exclusives “Spice and Wood.” Absolutely phenomenal! Jenn took her time to help me through exploring the various fragrances on the counter. She addressed any questions I had and made some appropriate recommendations. Everything she did was completely on point. It’s because she gave me samples so I could try them on my skin, is ***The VERY REASON** why I’m coming back next week to buy the Sublime Vanille. Trying a fragrance on a piece of paper doesn’t cut it because we put it on our skin and each of us and our body chemistry smells different with each fragrance. I plan on dropping a lot of money on Creed fragrances at your store —-thanks to her—- in the upcoming months. Nope. She didn’t put me up to this review. I did this because she deserves the praise and she won you, ( Saks) a loyal customer.

Unpleasant Saks 5th Ave fragrance dept. Clerk (Xmas eve). Last minute gift for my parents, I explained my Mother's favourite perfume is Angel by Thierry Mugler. With slight condensation she chuckled "We don't carry it!" "It's so outdated and your mother needs to get out of the 90s." I ended up buying the one she insisted was similar. It wasn't. I later found out it's unisex, and has no patchouli or flowers. It lacks femininity, moreover captures the pungent musk of very old book store. If you're into that, my 79 year old mother is not. Now comes the gruesome task of returning it with the receipt. Expecting icky sitch... We shall see...

Bad customer service. They refused to give me a store credit for unused items that I bought there and wanted to return after two weeks. In the Saks return policy you can return unused items during one year for store credit. Also they couldn’t properly do an account for my bf when he was buying earrings. That is one star ladies that is not acceptable.

EXTREMELY disappointing. Definitely not the Saks Fifth Avenue it use to be. The most disturbing part about my experience was the rudeness and great lack for Customer Service by an employee within the Contemporary Department, which I later learned the name of, Sherry Fisher.

Had really good experience here. Sharon greeted us with a friendly smile and told us about their promotions. She offered to take a look at their jewellery since it was 60% off plus additional 10% off entire store. So I ended up buying a gold necklace and two beautiful rings for such a great price! Specific review for the Bobby Brown sales associate, Kelly. She is not only incredibly good at what she does (nailed my skin tone for foundation on the first try) but she’s delightful, funny, giving and knowledgeable. My skin has transformed so much with her recommendations. I won’t work with anyone else there... she goes overboard to meet my skincare and make up needs. For the first I wouldn’t rather shop online. Thank you Kelly!

The store is built with open architecture. . .very well lit. making it an enjoyable shopping experience. My favorite sales person is Sherry. She pays attention to detail and has a pleasant and effervescent approach to customer service.

Sadly to say, always enjoyed my visit to this establishment but unfortunately encountered inexperienced girl assistant after invested on some cream and perfume products to dare having the audacity of telling me and I quote " who let you in"??!! So Being astonished and yet respectful I decided to leave the premises without making a scene! So with all due respect having a sales person with no credentials is no way how to treat paying customers for future business. I hope this message seeks the managers & directors to NOT over see this poor service and to attend to it immediately. Thank you
