HR and the managers are cowards and very disrespectful! If you don’t want to be racial profiled, discriminated against, embarrassed, do NOT go here. Store bathrooms are filthy! The shelves are so unorganized, the service is slow, no one is helpful. They answer phones with “yes, can I help you?” Who greets like that? This rating is for cashier Leslie is a bit rude asking my email address but trying to show her my ID for easier type. My email address is my name. But then she refuse giving me a piece of paper to right it down it came out my email address is mis spell. End up showing my ID to get her right spelling. My first time shopping and got a bad experience. The line is long trying to make it easier and faster but because of Leslie staburn she made it worst. She needs more train in customer service. I like the place clean and neat. I will go back but not to with that cashier. Thank you. ~hazel

I love Kohls because I like looking for shirts. One girl makes adorable clothes looks like big and cute. And then the Asia lady that designs dresses. I like it it’s simple but almost floraly and subtle. I feel like I belong to a nice store and the staff is there around the store. It’s easy to look at the makeup and I can tell how good a product is after a few buys. ~Erica

What can I say? It's a Walmart, you know what to expect. I will say the entrance to the building is a bit small due to it being converted from an old Toys R US. Other than that, the staff has always been friendly, but the store has run out of carts from time to time. ~Kyle

AMAZING! Saks, PLEASE pay attention! Give this girl a raise. Assoc: 781471 Jenn An absolute phenomenal experience. It’s because of her that I’m now a returning customer. I just recently purchased Creed’s Les Royales Exclusives “Spice and Wood.” Absolutely phenomenal! Jenn took her time to help me through exploring the various fragrances on the counter. She addressed any questions I had and made some appropriate recommendations. Everything she did was completely on point. It’s because she gave me samples so I could try them on my skin, is ***The VERY REASON** why I’m coming back next week to buy the Sublime Vanille. Trying a fragrance on a piece of paper doesn’t cut it because we put it on our skin and each of us and our body chemistry smells different with each fragrance. I plan on dropping a lot of money on Creed fragrances at your store —-thanks to her—- in the upcoming months. Nope. She didn’t put me up to this review.
