6 Best clothing store in Palm Desert, California (CA) 2024

HR and the managers are cowards and very disrespectful! If you don’t want to be racial profiled, discriminated against, embarrassed, do NOT go here. Store bathrooms are filthy! The shelves are so unorganized, the service is slow, no one is helpful. They answer phones with “yes, can I help you?” Who greets like that? I’m calling corporate the overall leadership is garbage!!!corporate, You need to fire your management. THE ABSOLUTE WORST STORE NEVER AGAIN ~Deborah

Used to be a great option to full retail locations in malls but now it's just a larger full retail location without the mall experience. No deals, nothing unique or special about it. Must be under new and not so smart management. ~Mark

This rating is for cashier Leslie is a bit rude asking my email address but trying to show her my ID for easier type. My email address is my name. But then she refuse giving me a piece of paper to right it down it came out my email address is mis spell. End up showing my ID to get her right spelling. My first time shopping and got a bad experience. The line is long trying to make it easier and faster but because of Leslie staburn she made it worst. She needs more train in customer service. I like the place clean and neat. I will go back but not to with that cashier. Thank you. ~hazel

I like their selection but the service I received is what makes me not come back. No one looks happy to be working. I got dirty looks just because I wanted to try on clothes. It would not surprise me if this store closed, AGAIN. It’s a shame your business can’t hire great people ~Deborah

My kids love shopping here. We've bought everything from custom built boards, to clothes to backpacks, etc from here. Every time, the staff were all super helpful and always friendly. I'm always happy to spend my money in a place that knows how to treat their customers well. This Zumiez is one of the best! ~Tom

It's a cute little store for the youngins, but I absolutely love their women's perfume, I wish they would change the bottle back though. ~Cammie
