HR and the managers are cowards and very disrespectful! If you don’t want to be racial profiled, discriminated against, embarrassed, do NOT go here. Store bathrooms are filthy! The shelves are so unorganized, the service is slow, no one is helpful. They answer phones with “yes, can I help you?” Who greets like that? I’m calling corporate the overall leadership is garbage!!!corporate, You need to fire your management. THE ABSOLUTE WORST STORE NEVER AGAIN ~Deborah

I went with a friend who was interested in purchasing a new bed. He has several problems with back and neck area. They can show you those points that would adjust to alleviate those problem areas, these beds are wonderful! They have several financing options you can choose from and the gentleman who helped us was very helpful and professional all together make this a place you go to first when considering a new bed!!!! And my friend was very happy with his purchase! ~Diana

I ordered a dining table and purchased set up & delivery. When arrived delivery driver had a huge box and was proceeding to leave at my front door. I showed him the receipt of “setup & delivery but he continued to tell me that’s not what he had on his order. He instructed me he could leave it or take it back. He wasn’t rude but he was very a bit insensitive to the fact I was holding a receipt in my hand that said paid for set up.. he said he was not able to assemble it for me. I decided to have them leave the box with the hopes my husband will be able to assemble it. I was very disappointed and said I would like a refund for the delivery & setup fee. Which He called and spoke to someone to authorize that. I was looking forward to having my table ready this evening as promised. I called the salesperson that sold me the table & he was helpful but did blame the mixup on the warehouse. I don’t like to complain but feel like perhaps I could get something for this disappointment, perhaps store credit ect. I highly suggest anyone that orders from them confirm with the delivery prior exactly what is getting delivered so you can avoid this in the future. I hope that if I purchase something else from Ashley’s that it doesn’t happen like this again. ~Katrina
