Used to be a great option to full retail locations in malls but now it's just a larger full retail location without the mall experience. No deals, nothing unique or special about it. Must be under new and not so smart management.

Went to grab some work shoes. No slips. I end up with this brand weather I pick them out at Kohls or the outlet. So I went direct. Glaf I did. Not only did I find comfort in my shoes but also in customer service. David helped me find the perfect shoe and size. The woman with short black hair, helped check me out. Both were a delight to encounter with and I'm glad I got to experience both. Made my day and standing working will be more comfortable.

It's always disappointing to go to that store ..the customer service is very poor and they never seem to have my size .. I'm not going to shop there anymore

I showed the salesperson what type of shoe I was looking for and there was a dozen plus different styles. When I asked him if the store carried or if Skechers made any of these in my size (15) he promptly said "no" and walked away. I have worn a 15 for more than forty years and I know it really limits my selection, but once I told him what I was looking for, the salesperson acted like I shouldn't be in his store.

As easy as it can be when a woman is buying shoes. They have choices. Cool styles. Very nice people and best of all they treated my kids who were also choosing with respect and kindness. Any stores that treats my kids as individuals who are 7 and 10 will always be on my good mom list. I will be going again.

Yesterday around 12:40pm my family and I went to the store I had my kids with me and as soon as we enters the lady in the front made this mad face to us. My son was touching some of the boxes like a normal child and the lady started harassing us like if he was destroying the place and her face was so red and she was following my child. If I know kids were not welcome there I would never gone there to shop. We had to leave the place without getting what we wanted to buy.
