AMAZING!!! My fiancé bought my engagement ring from here (I will be getting his here as well) they met every expectation we had and their warranty CAN’T be beat! You won’t regret choosing them! Tom was who we went to and he is very knowledgeable and made sure we got what we were looking for!

I have 3 items from helzberg and love them. However, this location I will never go back to. Pushy and rude. I said the chain to my necklace sucks and she said “that’s because this is cheap. They put all the money into the pendant. You need to upgrade to something nicer” and when i told her I had to ask my husband if I should upgrade today she was pressuring me she said “it’s not that much”. She then gave me my clean jewelry soaking wet in a paper towel. I asked her to sign my warranty form thing for getting it cleaned and she rudely said “it’s in the computer. Leave that at home”. Once she realized I wasn’t going to buy something she quickly turned. Disappointing.

Helzberg made multiple mistakes on my ring but were willing to correct them. They argued with me multiple times on what is the current trend I should be going for but ended up producing a beautiful ring. The main issue is with there credit reporting. If you are buying a house or taking out a loan any time soon DO NOT BUY A RING FROM HELZBERG. I bought a ring and paid it off in full the first month. They didn’t report it as being paid off until I filed a dispute. By that time it was too late and I had to take a higher interest than I should have on my mortgage. I am now losing thousands of dollars. Also, just realized Helzberg did not stamp the ring as they are legally required with the gold quality and the ring is turning my wife’s skin green/grey as if it is low quality. Kinda sus. Would not recommend.
