I placed a mobile order around 5:00PM to be picked up at 9:20PM. When I arrived to pick up my order, the employees stated that it was made at 5:00PM and was thrown away due to no one showing up to get it. I showed them my receipt and they claimed "It did not appear on our side that way." They then said they would remake the order and called the manager to let them know of my situation. After speaking with the manager and asking for a refund on one item they then say that they can't and won't remake the order. I went to the store the next day to receive my refund and the manager was rude because I asked what their policy is during situations like this. This entire situation could have and should have been avoided if their employees just read the order correctly and remade my order like they said they would.

they don’t even deserve 1 star! bad service!!! i’m extremely fed up, im very understanding when it comes to businesses being short staff, but to have to wait in the drive thru for 30 minutes just to watch employees walking by like they don’t see someone there. and the fact i called to let them know i was outside they put me on hold for 10 minutes! it’s seriously ridiculous!!

I ordered a pizza meal with bread sticks thorough door dash and I didn’t even get the pizza. And I’m going to assume that they took their phone off the hook because it’s busy every time I call to let them know about my order. And the time it took to just get breadsticks was ridiculous.
