I placed a mobile order around 5:00PM to be picked up at 9:20PM. When I arrived to pick up my order, the employees stated that it was made at 5:00PM and was thrown away due to no one showing up to get it. I showed them my receipt and they claimed "It did not appear on our side that way." They then said they would remake the order and called the manager to let them know of my situation. After speaking with the manager and asking for a refund on one item they then say that they can't and won't remake the order. I went to the store the next day to receive my refund and the manager was rude because I asked what their policy is during situations like this. This entire situation could have and should have been avoided if their employees just read the order correctly and remade my order like they said they would. ~Jeremiah

The cashier at the front was rude asked her what do you recommend the spaghetti or hamburger steak she continues to say can i take your order the young white you lady didnt have any gloves on continuously dropping food on the fryer call the health department on these ppl ~a3711adrian

There Thur 9am and the bathroom were disgusting. Both stalls had "no" toilet paper. One toilet had cones around it. Trash can overflowing. This is new Sheetz. Sad! ~Rich

I went to this store to get a soda and it was pricey. I don't understand why this store is so high selling items like candies and sodas, you would think they are cheap but they aren't. I saw a bag of Kisses for $2.99 when you can go the family dollar and get it for $1.00. The prices in the store will make you leave to go to another store becasue of the prices, other than that, this store is always clean with friendly workers. Some workers just smile and be kind and some are just smiley. Many customers come into this store because they know the workers and some of workers are talking too much and work slow. Other than that, this store is clean. I will go there if there is not another store close to me open late at night. ~2018

I have been going there for about 6 years since the new manager Dedria has taken over the service is terrible. I was in their one of the cashier was on the phone ordering cupcakes. That same cashier was talking about another employee with the manager it was 3 customers in the store. Terrible management ~Sadie
