An overall decent experience, but I ended up missing an item from my pick-up order and was given the wrong size bag of chips. It looks like they may have ran out of certain items or maybe they overlooked a few things on my order. I should have double checked before I left, but I'll be sure to do so if I order in-store pickup again.

I am extremely disappointed with this sheetz. Went to make a coffee....first there was no sugar in either dispenser, I had to take the container out of the machine and dump it to get sugar. Second, no French vanilla creamer in EITHER dispenser!!! I know when I worked for sheetz it was all about TCF......Sheetz you are dropping the ball here!

Now I get my iced mocha - and it's basically chocolate milk 7 out of 10 times. An iced mocha with extra chocolate and extra espresso should be very dark brown. Lately it's been almost white. Please work that out...

The service here is usually ok. I’m a regular customer that comes here almost everyday. Honestly, this was the first time I was disappointed in Sheetz yesterday. It took me forever just to receive my order which was a milkshake. The workers had made the order for the next car but I’m still at the window waiting for My milkshake. I wanted to drive off but I’ve already paid for my milkshake! From now on if I don’t see the usual people working I will drive off ! I’ve had such an horrible experience yesterday!

I never knew they served good food here, but they have very tasty subs like the chicken salad and tuna salad at very reasonable price. Cheaper that Subway all day. Their cheeseburgers are real good and tasty. I try to get food as much as I can after work. I order my food online and then pick it up on my way home. The food is ready and hot and tasty....if you haven't tried their food yet, I feel your missing out. Food is prepared in your face and they have friendly services too all in one atmosphere. That's all I need to come back.
