Best pizza restaurant in Greenville, North Carolina (NC) 2024

I placed a mobile order around 5:00PM to be picked up at 9:20PM. When I arrived to pick up my order, the employees stated that it was made at 5:00PM and was thrown away due to no one showing up to get it. I showed them my receipt and they claimed "It did not appear on our side that way." They then said they would remake the order and called the manager to let them know of my situation. After speaking with the manager and asking for a refund on one item they then say that they can't and won't remake the order. I went to the store the next day to receive my refund and the manager was rude because I asked what their policy is during situations like this. This entire situation could have and should have been avoided if their employees just read the order correctly and remade my order like they said they would. ~Jeremiah

Fly In Food: If I could give -5 stars I would. I live three minutes down the street from this Location but next time I will go to the other side of town if necessary. Previously before this last order my food was Burnt. But now I had a fly in my food and I couldn’t get a Replacement. I don’t know if the guy I talk to was the manager but I did ask for the manager and never got Confirmation if that person was the manager or not But he said he couldn’t help me but mind you I’m only one person and I ordered two pizzas because there is a limit on delivery. So I waited the next day to eat the second Pizza but as I looked at it I found this fly. Since I couldn’t get my pizza replaced I only feel that is right to make this review. ~Rico
