I really really appreciate this establishment it is the most honest car dealership the Mechanic Mike I no personally and have taken my cars ,my family 🚘 cars to him he is a 10 out of 10 mechanic and the owner of the dealership down to the Secretary she is even amazing the whole team is so polite helpful honest throughout the whole ordeal, walking in the door until you walk out the door. I fricking love the people here. The lady was so nice and so funny and told the KIA dealership off when they wouldn't leave me alone. I ended up getting a Kia here and I really do love it. It's my first car I didn't have the best credit but they worked with me. It was a huge milestone for my boyfriend and I to go through. He has bought so many cars here. Yeah they definitely look used but they're good cars.

NEVER GO THERE! My daughter just purchased a car from them that had just arrived. Even though it took a few hours to do the paperwork, the car was never gone over, still had french fries etc all over but she needed a car badly. She purchased the "warranty". 6.5 weeks in, she is going down I95 and the car shuts off, no lights, warnings, nothing. She is able to get off the highway and we had a tow truck pick it up. Zack from Galante stated "his guy" wouldn't be able to look at for a week so we towed to Lees Auto in Aston. After over a week, the warranty company finally comes out and they determine that the head gasket blew due to overheating and it is not covered. I would think that if the car overheated during those 6 weeks we would have noticed. Up until this point Zack was corresponding with her but now he won't answer his phone or his shop phone. She is out over $2000 and still has payments on a car that is total loss! This place is disgusting and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! We are contacting TV stations, lawyers, Commissioners and reporting them to anyone who will listen. It will be my life's mission to see them closed for good!!! It's such shame that he is giving this wonderful hometown family such a horrible name!! This is clearly a very large lie: GALANTE AUTO SALES LLC is founded on trust, integrity, and respect. If I could give 0 I would. Never buy a car from here. Steve is fantastic and will do a great job selling you a car that is in your price range, but Zach the owner will screw you over on the backend. The car I was sold was a lemon and never would have passed inspection when I took it to Hyundai a week and a half after buying it and was passing issues. Was told they must have just put stickers on it. Zach claimed he had the car fixed, but after two tries it never was how you'd expect for a 5800.00 car. Then I filed for chapter 13 bankruptcy and my behind car payments with them were factored in and somehow they still decided to repo my car which is illegal. After they were warned by my attorneys office of further action they still refuse to return the car. Their tow guy is great, Steve is nice, but Zach is a sneak and a fraud.

I purchased my vehicle a couple months ago from Galante Auto Sales and I absolutely love it. When my old car broke down on me, I needed to find a new car as soon as possible. After going to a few different car dealerships, Galante Auto Sales is the only place that would help me and it turned out to be the place that I liked the best. I was able to purchase and drive my new car away, the day my old car broke down on me. As a single mother, I was looking for a car that would be reliable and affordable for me, from a place that does not charge you interest or run your credit.
