Horrible customer service. They're trying to charge me $150.00 for a refusal delivery when I wasn't given advanced notice of downsized packaging. It went from 20 Lbs. to 16 Lbs. I dealt with all the recent price increases and fees up until now because I was informed ahead. However, not this time. Only knew upon delivery.

Awsome people, quick loading. No waiting, very easy access to dock. My kinda place to deliver or pick up from. They do take your keys from you or you have to separate truck from trailer. Safety is fine by me. They had an accident In past where a driver drove away from door. So I surely don't blame them.
