Sold a used tire yesterday. Tire blew out on the highway this morning. Called them was immediately told no warranty nothing we can do. Thought something was odd when they asked me to pay cash when I pulled out my card to pay for the tire. Will be stopping in today to hopefully fix this. Struggling father I literally have no extra money at this moment for this type of thing. Stopped in and was offered another used tire for 10 dollars cheaper than the first one. 60 for the first, 50 for the second. Declined, I shouldn't drive one hour on a used tire and it falls apart. I went home after I got the tire which was 30 mins and the next morning driving to work about 20 mins in the tire blew. Won't be going there again.

I wish I could give these guys 10 stars. I've brought my truck into them 3 times and they always do an excellent job and for a fair price. Recently a service center at my dealer (I took it in for a check engine light) quoted me $3500+ for repairs, said my truck was in bad shape. I told them to take the truck off the rack and brought it to Action who completed all the repairs and fixed an exhaust issue on top of it for $1100 ...and they took $100 off because my son is an active military member! Truck is running great, couldn't be happier.

Rob at Action is an A plus standup businessman. While traveling on 95 south at 4:30 am with my daughter we had a trailer tire blow out. Called 911 and state police and sat there for over 4 hours while many troppers passed by without stopping. Finally called Action and 10 minutes later he had someone there to change the tire. I called him to pay and he said sometimes you just need to do the right thing and help people out and would not let me pay him. In these days and times that is unheard of and we need more people like Rob in this country!! Thank you sir I hope I can one day help you and return the favor your a good man! I can tell you if I lived in the area they would get ALL my business!

Had a flat today evening Luckily I was very close to the shop. Very prompt to check the tire. Found a leak near the rim. Replaced with a spare tire I had in my trunk. Awesome service and caring. Thank You and much appreciated.

Got a flat tire on I-95 but we were so lucky it was at the exit for 452, right near Action. We drove in on a donut and were helped right away. Really nice people. They patched our tire and had us back on the road in less than half an hour. We were in a time crunch to get to Maryland to pick up our son. Don't know what we would have done without Action. We made it safely to Maryland and back to Philly and the tire was fine. So grateful to the awesome guys at Action. Highly recommend them!
