I ordered from this place very often as most of the time their food is delicious. However, when a burger is ordered to be medium then it should be atleast somewhat pink inside. I have ordered several burgers from here and each time I ask for it to be medium and it comes well done and rather dry. This time, I ordered it medium rare and it was still fully cooked and said medium well on the receipt. Please do a better job of listening, or learn how to cook a burger.

Not what I was expecting.. the order was not correct ..I ordered two pizzas each a separate type . Picked up my order to learn the choices were incorporated into half on one side and half on the other which was actually okay given the situation and timing with dinner fir the family however the crust was like one of those supermarket do it yourself bolo flat n dry ready made pizza doughs .. to do it from home and the sauce was rather dark like over cooked and the most disappointing fact was the pizza was over seasoned .. garlic spices overkill .. just was not the taste I'd be wanting to order again .. I make a better pizza myself and with respect to what pizza restaurant is the the absolute top of the list .. Sitaly & Sitaly to go on marsh rd n naamans road in north Wilmington DE. Worth the drive for those in PA. NO JOKE

I order from this place regularly, and order the same thing every time (Cobb salad). I always raved about how great the salads were here and how robust and fresh they always were. They were pricey, but because of the great quality, I thought it was worth it. The last couple times I ordered I noticed the quality and portion size wasn’t great, but ok. The very last time however was unacceptable. I never call restaurants back, but I couldn’t let this slide! I got barely any chicken, and what I did get was dry and chewy. There was missing ingredients. The tomatoes were shriveled and old. Usually the presentation is very clean as well, but they just threw the stuff on top. It was just really disappointing especially for the price. So I called and was told that “they were told to decrease the quality and ingredients because of rising prices.” No apologies from the gentleman I spoke to after. Definitely won’t be ordering again.

We placed a fairly large order today I showed up to get the order and was told it wasn't completed which is perfectly fine. I sat down waiting for it I saw a large order put on top of the pizza oven and first thought that might be mine but since the girls where just gossiping and talking about another co worker that isn't up to the job I figured it wasn't mine. 17 minutes passed yes I looked at my phone when it was put on the pizza oven, I was asked my name again and come to find out that was my large order sitting there getting cold. No I'm sorry or anything here you go. So we didn't enjoy the food the sandwiches were cold and the cheese on the salad was melting due to sitting on the pizza oven for so long. Firgured I would share my experience.

The pizza is okay, but it is not worth the price at all. The prices are way to high compared to other pizza places in the area. I bought a slice of upside down pizza for $4.02 and it is not worth the money at all… especially given the size you get! I will more than likely never go back unless they stop scalping people with their prices.

Omg this pizza is delicious. The crust was so crispy, soft, and doughy. We tried the buffalo chicken and the pepperoni slices. Both were outstanding and were bigger when they came out to us than they looked in the window, Perfect. The French fries were crispy with fresh oil and the cheese was gooey to perfection. If I lived nearby this would be my go to pizza place. Loved it. Every time I go to longwood gardens I will be stopping here in the future.

Ordered two chicken cheesesteaks and broccoli bites. Told an hour comes in 45 minutes foods I’ve cold. One chicken chicken cheesesteak on a normal roll but half not even filled with meat and cheese the other this seeded roll which was never told would be receiving the difference. Very disappointed all food ice cold and not to full potential of quality one bit like us to be. Won’t be ordering again unless changes are done. Update: The owner reached out and apologized for the experience. He also takes his business very serious and cares what his customers have to say, so with that being said he asked us to give them another chance. 10/4 7:57pm We gave them another shot and they out did it this year. The food and service quality was beyond awesome. Would definitely order again!!

Not bad food just quantity of meat on the cheesteak was awful and also too much gristle in the meat as well. Ask for ravioli and meatball meal they were all out, also out of Mac and cheese bites. Menu needs to be updated. They also forgot our cheese we paid extra for and had we not stayed and checked we would not have known. Chicken fingers and fries [which are straight cut] were good. They give marinara for broccoli bites. Like really, ranch is the usual condiment?

Love their huge menu & selection. Will take some time getting through it all. Pizza was great, the fried raviolis & pickles were amazing.

I think I love Marco’s. Marco’s sold a lot of food while we sat there waiting for a cheesesteak. I saw they offer garlic bread on a different cheesesteak so I asked for it on my all-in cheesesteak, no problem. Did not even flinch. You have to love that. It was a very good cheesesteak. It had a lot going on, fried onions, mushrooms, peppers and pepperoni. Everything work great together. Very good overall experience. I don't think they had a bathroom. This always makes me wonder especially when you have tables. The good news is if you don't live in the area you got 2 breweries where you can eat your Cheesesteak. We ate our cheesesteak at 2SP Brewing and they went to Aston Abby to get some growlers for Thanksgiving.
