I would give zero stars if possible. From start to finish bad experience they pushed back my pick up time after I was there to pick up my truck , when it was finally done I noticed scuff marks on the paint and was told I did that and had to pay again for it to get fixed . The. 1 year and 2 month the rust I took it in to get fixed came back thru the paint so it wasn’t fixed right and the rest of my paint is chipping off 2 years after they work was done . Horrible experience. They are more than happy to take your money and do a terrible job.

Textbook bait and switch operation. Online estimator tool says $1500-$2,000 max for bodywork on a couple of dents and dings and paint. The girl pressed on every bubble and even chipped some of the paint off of my car, then told me that it would run no less than $4,000. Typical sleaze-ball body shop.

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate at 10:30 on a Saturday morning. This was done online the day before, and confirmed online. When I got there at 10:15 for the estimate, the business was closed and locked. I waited until 10:35 but no one ever showed up.

On 4/19/22, I went to pick up finished car after receiving a call that it was complete. Upon arrival the employees couldn’t find my keys, I checked out vehicle and told employee that I wasn’t happy with the job and the letters were not put back on at all - they were sitting in cup holder inside car . After about 20 min - Keys were finally found and I entered vehicle to find the glove compartment and boxes were rummaged through as well and letters in cup holder. Both the customer service and paint job were disappointing and unsatisfactory. I expressed my concerns to employee and she said she would handle it after speaking with painter. I waited over an hour for letters to be attached back on and during this time they LOST letters and I had to go physically look for letters in Parking lot. There was a lack of assistance and lack of support during this time. Everyone present was very unprofessional. I expressed my experience with them was unpleasant and she said there was nothing she could do. After leaving I checked car out and while leaving over car - I noticed my belt print had been left on side of car due to it not being dry or over painted. Over a weeks time, I noticed leaves literally sticking to the car and not being able to be brushed off proving the car was not dry nor ready when they called me to pick up. I want the car fixed or my money returned. This service was awful !! Service: Painting

I went to Macco and had them look at my truck and they give me a estimate on body work and paint job! The truck driver side back quarter panel was rusting and had some minor dents in it but the original paint job wasn’t bad just wanted Metallic black, I was also told that they would put on the decal I brought for the truck. So I was very happy to hear that so I dropped my truck of on a Monday and pick it up on Friday. Fist thing I noticed was the decal wasn’t done and the excuse for that was the paints didn’t know how to do it properly, but I was told he could so I would use there service. Next I started looking at the paint job and there spots where it looks like the truck wasn’t properly prepped before paint! I would recommend this service to my worst enemy Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place should be closed or/and shut down for the poor quality of work., starting with debris that was painted over on the roof of my car, my front Bumper isn't installed correctly; the original color is showing on various parts of my car., my back bumper was supposed to be replaced, but from what I can see, it was badly repaired instead. I paid an extra to get my head lights shined and only one of them was done. And lastly the main reason for me bringing my car was to get all of the dents out., but as you can see dents everywhere., I confronted the man that released my car., the answer he give was, it wasn't on the paperwork, so my paint guy didn't fix it. WTH, that's the reason for me bringing my car. I Had no choice but to take my car, I've already missed three days of work I didnt want to miss another. From the picture below you can clearly see everything I'd mentioned while writing this book. I wouldn't gave it any stars if that was a choice.

We recently had a very poor experience with MAACO Aston. Put our nearly new Mini Cooper Countryman in to have the roof and mirror caps painted white (over the original factory black.) Seems simple enough, no? Well, when we went to pick it up the first time, it was a remarkably bad job. Overspray, missed spots, painted over a "puddle light" which is below the driver's side mirror, badly irregular edges where masking tape was ripped off, etc. Perhaps the worst thing was that specific work shown on the WRITTEN estimate (R&R the roof rails and the mirror caps) was not done -- instead a very sloppy masking job. Their claim was it was an honest mistake. We are not so sure -- but will extend the benefit of the doubt to them. Anyway, after we (justifiably IMO) "hit the roof," we were told to leave the car with them to fix it all. Then, the next day, we were told by the manager that the owner instructed them NOT to redo the roof rail mistake (by R&R and proper respray.) Rather, they were to clean up the overspray and we could pick up the car -- they would charge nothing and refund our deposit. They claimed a "misquote" in the original estimate, and that it would be unreasonable to do the job properly as per that estimate. We had no choice but to accept this outcome. On the surface, this sounds "sorta" reasonable. When we went to pick up the car, they made a decent effort to clean up the overspray and even touched up a few of the very worst missed spots or sloppy masking, but could not fix the "puddle light" (which I replaced for about $100 plus my time to find, buy and r&r). So, while I would like to give them a zero given our car was noticeably worse than when all this started, I figure a one is fair. They did try to fix some of it, and did not charge us. I suppose if your quality standards are really low, we may have done "OK." They certainly felt so! We relied on other reviews before making the mistake of choosing MAACO, which, frankly, I don't understand. Again, perhaps "standards." If you have a beater you'd like to "wake up" I would be OK with this place. Quick and very cheap. To be fair as possible, I have attached a few shots. These are all AFTER MAACO's attempt at fixing it up after the horrible condition which they first presented to us.
