Customer service was initially great. However after taking my new phone home I realized that not ANY of my game app progress had transferred over to my new phone. I lost YEARS of game play. I lost my Overdrive book app and even my Bitmoji avatar. When called to see what could be done I was told that it was a very unusual occurrence and nothing could be done. No sorry or recompense, nothing. And the phone sucks too. Very, very, very unhappy. 6/29/22: Your reply to my review is very vapid, non-committal and entirely expected from large corporate managers. Why bother responding at all if you can't provide resolution, ideas, or recompense to help the customer? It's just inane rhetoric. That being said, I do want to stress that the initial, individual customer service was really very good. He was friendly, professional, funny and knowledgeable. It's the after purchase customer service that can use a LOT of work.

Toren was so clear (10/10) about what was offered without being pushy, he was incredibly informative (10/10) about what the network has to offer and just made the process very hassle free. His positive and upbeat attitude made us feel like he really did want to help us out of our less than favorable situation with the "other guys". It didn't feel like we were sitting in the store for 2 hours hating life like the usual new phone experience. He helped us resolve (10/10) our phone, plan and internet issues perfectly. I would recommend him and TMobile because of him 10 outta 10 every time. Thank you Toren for turning a frustrating experience into a positive one!

Stopped in earlier and they were busy, so left...wish I hadn't. After going to another store, call to customer service, back to other store, another call to customer service, nobody had been able to help order a screen protector. Called this store and Christian was able to order one for me over the phone. First person of 5 to actually solve my problem. Kudos to this store and Christian!

I came into upgrade my iPhone 11 and some guy associate tried to tell me that my phone had a scratch that could cut his finger (which was false) and didn’t feel like he could trade it in and had the audacity to continue with “my two o’clock appointment is here so yeah” in other words saying that he had no time for me and to move on. I literally came here to purchase a new iPhone 13. The store lost a sell because this associate lacked customer service. Needles to say that I walked in somewhere else and found what I needed.

I've never had any problems with T-Mobile or any of their representatives. Christian was especially amazing. He helped me and my husband upgrade our phones the other day and even though I dread going to the cell phone store, because it takes a long time to switch over to my new phone, I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation with him. He was friendly and personable, not just with me, but with other customers that came into the store while I was there. Thank-you for making my experience a great one.

Great customer service and overall positive climate when entering the store. Toren was very helpful in resetting the settings on my phone. You should be proud you have such positive and dedicated employees working for you. Give Toren and all of them a raise!

I called about a phone problem. I arrived at store there were three employees working. I explained about my phone problems. So two people that were serving stated that my phone was broken, the other said that my phone was outdated and they both said that I needed to purchase a new phone!! Neither person didn't even handled nor touched my phone, they just said that I needed a new phone!! I said that I am used to having technical support and getting my phone adjusted....they said that they don't fix phones or adjust them anymore. SO, THE MANAGER had gotten free from being busy and assisted me with my phone. And in 10 seconds made the adjustment on my phone.....too bad she is leaving in two weeks because service will only happen if you need a new phone.... I won't stop there again!!!

I bought 3 phones here 2 years ago and everything was good until today when I came back. I had had a bad customer service on Bothell store, so I went to this store instead and see if there would be a difference. The girl who helped me was unprofessional. She rushed me to buy phones, did not ask me if I wanted insurance, and asked me why I asked questions. I am a customer and I believe I can ask you questions about products, as much as I need to know. She ignored me and tried to finish things to move to the next customer. Very unprofessional and mean.
