Kind of hard to find. Wish signage was in a better location. Staff is usually outside walking around working or helping, they have good assistance on where to go. 3 companies share the lot. Friendly staff that care about their business.

The associate seemed to be extremely overwhelmed and I've been here for two hours and still haven't received a car to rent. If you have a whole day to waste and love being told "just 5 more minutes" repeatedly then this is the place for you. I asked the associate if there is anything we can do to go a bit quicker because I have work and he said to come back another day even though I have an appointment. This type of customer service is extremely frustrating.

Enterprise in Renton is the best. I had a very specific request and not only did they meet my needs but they provided me with a nearly new vehicle. These guys are really professional and take the extra steps to ensure you get service that is beyond expectations.

RENTER BEWARE!! I returned a rental car after they had closed and used the key drop. The car was broken into that night and the shift knob was stolen. I know, why would someone do that?! Anyway, the staff made it crystal clear they do not care, they have no desire to investigate, they are simply billing me for the replacement and threatening to send me to collections. I will be going out of my way to avoid Enterprise at all costs in the future and recommend if you use them to be on your guard and remain vigilant.

Service was great and very much friendly. The typical options such as insurance alternatives were offered. There is no pressure to take on the options. My gripe is the vehicle rented had expired tabs. I did not catch that until the first day of rental - Sunday. I made the assumption that everything is in good working order. Other than that, the rental car was clean and very capable. Next rental, I'll pay attention to the details...

I had car issues on a Friday afternoon on my way home from work and dropped off my car with a mechanic. I immediately reserved a rental and was called back within minutes stating they had no cars on the lot, Collin went to work and got me a car locally and had me in one within 30 minutes. Very thankful and have never had any issues!! Highly recommend, great customer service.

Made my reservation on line. Showed up and the car was ready to go. The whole process took about 10 minutes. The rental was a Chrysler 200 and it got excellent gas milage. The only problem was the touch screen system would shut off and on at times which was annoying for a 5 hour drive otherwise it was a pleasant experience with enterprise. These folks rock and i would highly recommend them. I will be bringing them my business in the future.

I received excellent customer service from Kyle and Tyler with quick pick up. Had a totaled car and needed a rental to get me to work until I bought a new car. I dropped off at a different location for convenience reasons. Keep up the good work!
