I felt my sub was kind of small and short when I picked it up. Got back, out of curiosity, I grabbed my ruler to measure it. Surprise! But not too surprised, it measures less than 11”! When did a foot become 11”?? Is it inflation?? Or “Shrink-flatiron”?? Or Covid infected and made it shorter now??

Management is performing blatant health violations. I ordered a footlong chicken sandwich wich he did not have enough chicken for apparently. I then went to order a 6 inch instead and he then removed the chicken and cut the bread in half and put the chicken soaked bread back in the cabinet with all the other bread. In shock I told him he shouldn't be putting that back and he then got mad and said (WHO ARE YOU TO TELL ME THAT!) this man later claimed to be Management. 0 stars

Went to this subway after the horrible experience at the one on ave D. The gal that works there is very nice and always makes the food right. She does a great job and even when we order a lot of sandwiches she has them ready with no mistakes. Always going to this one from now on.

Went in and started ordering my sandwich, a minute later the employee answers the phone and takes a very obvious personal call for more than seven minutes. I explained I was on my lunch break and needed to finish my order but she pretended like she didn’t understand what I was asking. When I said it again another employee came out and finished my order extremely sloppy; more than half of my sandwich wasn’t even placed on the bread and when I opened the wrapping it all fell apart. Not to mention the lid to the chipotle lid fell off so my sandwich was completely saturated in sauce and again the employee pretended to not understand me when I asked if it could be remade. Truly an unfortunate experience because I used to love this location.

A woman went missing and was last seen at this location. This subway took 6 weeks to respond to calls and request for video. Zero regard for human life.

So yea I dont think serving rotten tomatoes is a good thing for someone to eat. Also I noticed that most of the meats had a alot of dark spots all over them.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had at this location! I typically visit this location for lunch. However, Sara (the manager) refused and did not want to take my order due to an order placed at the wrong location over the phone. Furthermore, she continued by calling me rude, disrespectful, and displayed conduct and verbiage not fitting for a manager. This definitely needs to be addressed. Customer service and staff members at this location have been great otherwise.

Typical Subway, nothing to set them apart. Pretty friendly staff. Service was a little slow. I was the only person in there and my sandwich took about 10 minutes. They had to defrost ingredients and chop jalapeños in order to make my sandwich

The Blond haired lady (probably the manager) ripped off my 8yr old by $2 on a meal. When I caught her she said see couldn't reverse the charge it was too late. Better luck next time. I love Subway but I'll never go back to this one. VERY DISHONEST!

my husband and I come here alot and the customer service is better in the past month then ever before , you have a new guy named jimmy I think, hes so full of smiles and always so helpful. we eat in now, thanks subway. and food is great as always.
