The store was clean and well stocked. I was ready to give 5 stars until it was time to check out and the cashier had an attitude with me because I was having issues with my card not working. Everyone knows it's embarrassing when you have a card that isn't working but she made it even worse! Way to make your customer feel horrible.

Walked into the store with my son today to check out Christmas stuff and not one lady behind the counter had a mask on. Customers were walking in without a mask as well. The language and behavior was Awful. Never have I felt so uncomfortable since covid started. Won’t be back.

Store very unorganized, very trashy type atmosphere and unfortunately for this business the staff is even worse then what the store looks like. I was in store today 9/16/19-2-3pm. The trash working the cash register not only made it quite clear that her life working at the " local Family dollar" is not the career she had intended for her life goals, maybe one of her many baby daddies upset her before I walked in. Whatever her excuse was for her behavior is not my issue, concern or problem. Hope you read this, hope you understand that the way you treat people is the whole entire reason your life is as pathetic and sad as you look!!! Good Luck with your Dreams.....

This location is a joke. Came here about 3 weeks ago and the young lady at the register said that the coupons were the worst thing ever, but she dealt. Came back to this location today and the cashier was outside smoking as a customer was yelling at the register looking for a cashier. The cashier came in with a attitude and said “im right here”. This place doesn’t not deserve service, if they’re not gonna care about their customer service. I will find another location to go too.

Just started visiting this family dollars and I will not be going back. This place would probably get a lot more business if the cashier would stay off of her phone. She will finish texting before taking care of a customer. She is always on her phone. I have heard customers ask her if her phone was more important than them or why are you texting when you’re supposed to be working . If this were my business that employee wouldn’t be an emolyee it mine.

The night manager and cashier were both very rude and unprofessional. I will never shop at this store again. I was stereotyped and treated very poorly in front of my child. I have never been so offended in my life. RUDE RUDE RUDE. They treat patrons as if they are shoplifters. They stereotype and are unprofessional. I will never shop at this store again. I was very offended as well as my 10 year old daughter. The cashier rolled her eyes at me among other things. I complained to the closing manager and she started looking at an ad ignoring me.
